It was all a little dirty. Pool was greenish brown. The gym was meh. The rooms bathroom door didn’t shut. No elevator. Staff was nice though!

The night shift cashier was busy eating & answering the phone as we were trying to get checked in. The day shift cashier was sleeping with her head on the desk for at least 20 minutes (the whole time we walked across the street to the gas station to get some food).

They young lady (I am sorry for not remembering her name) that was working the 3 to 11 shift was amazing. Always had a smile very friendly and had a wonderful personality. All other staff were very nice and friendly. I believe it was either the owner or manager was not very pleasant. When they came to clean they took the towels and left one towel . No ice bucket left trash wasn't emptied. I had to go ask for a ice bucket and towels when they brought towels I got two wash cloth and a hand towel for two adults. I was told that was all he had. I had to wait for awhile for my towels and ice bucket. The parking is ridiculous. Not enough of it.

I walked in and the ac was not working. Asked for another room, that room had a horrible urine smell and some sort of filthy air purifier on the ac. The only good thing about this hotel is they let me cancel the reservation and gave a refund. Do NOT stay here.

The toilet seat was loose and moved around a lot, and the shower curtain was dirty.

Conveniently located by expressway There was mold in the room, ceiling was falling down, smelled damp and moldy. Carpet in hallway was wet the whole time. The towels and washclothes were washed but they were stained and looked old. Sheets on beds where all wrinkled like either the had been slept in or left in the dryer and not folded. The humidity in the rooms was awful. Pool and exercise area unacceptable. Breakfast was unacceptable.

Being the low-cost motel for the area, and having much construction in the area, most of the clientele rose quite early and consumed some of the item prepared for the breakfast, but there was always plenty of substitutes available. There was adequate, well lighted parking. The staff was pleasant, and I found my room clean each day.

It was a good price. It had a hot and cold breakfast. It had all the amenities. The staff was very friendly. On the downside the carpets were dirty and the shower had mold. Just felt a little dingy . I was staying by myself so it was good for me but I wouldn't take my wife.

Nothing, it was horrible experience. Start to finish, I'll never book this chain again and I'm in the process of telling everyone I know.

Very little choice, coffee machine broken The security lock on door didn’t work, phone didn’t work, mold on walls & bathroom, plug in tub would not work & water kept running. Floors were sticky & bathroom floors were very dirty. Had to go get towels & they appeared well worn.

I reserved a king size bed & when I got to the room. It was 2 queen. No wash clothes.

The sheets and comforter had stains and yellow in spots. The pillow has turned yellow and there was only one pillow case. The towels had a glob of hair and also were stained and yellow spots. The air conditioner left a puddle of water on the floor. There was hair on the floor, bugs in the lights. The breakfast was bare minimum, nothing to brag about. Hotel needs a major update. Avoid at all costs.

Descent room with comfortable beds and clean.The breakfast was nothing special and no coffee in the dining area.
