could have been Cleaner. Floors were messy, water on the floor, ice machine was loud enough to hear it down the hall. Smoking from what I think might have been staff right outside the door when I arrived. Didnt use the pool so can not comment on that. Breakfast was ok

It is a quality inn. My expectations were not a whole lot. It was clean. The staff was very friendly.

Staff was awesome. Super nice! Breakfast was below average. Room was below average. Ac was half apart and barely pushed out air. That was my main problem. Also had stains on the top covers on the beds. Broken furniture. Pool was warm and indoors though so that was nice. We only stayed on night for less than 10 hours so it did the job.

It was convenient off of the freeway. Just start their elevator was broken so we had to climb the steps we got into our room. Our bathroom was never cleaned, and there were dirty towel hanging on the shower curtain. There was Harold over the bathroom. The floors were filthy in general. The bed quilt has stained all over it. They had throw pillows for pillows for your head. It just was a dirty, nasty hotel. It was a very dirty hotel, including the locks on the doors were not safe. The lock for the inside that you slide was broken. If I was alone, I would not have stayed there. We stayed there a total of five hours and we left just because of safety and hygiene concerns alone. We were charged twice ! And had to call multiple times to have it fixed. Leslie at the front desk was kind. But when we left the man at the desk was very questionable! He also gave us an attitude when I dropped the key card at the desk at 4am!

Carpet was dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty. We had 3 people and only 2 towels and one washcloth. Motel clerks weren’t very friendly. Won’t go back.

Musty moldy smell in room 111. Everything was wet and damp including the beds and towels. There were short n curlys in 1 bed. We left withing 10 mins of arrival when I noticed all the bugs on my legs. I showed 1 of the bugs to front desk ,she claimedticks
