That they allowed dogs. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. I stayed at plenty of Holidays Inn this place was my least favorite. Property little out dated. Rooms and bath floors need to be replaced. Our room entry and bathroom had broken tiles we were afraid we were going to cut our feet and my dogs paws. They had spoiled creamer sitting in a kettle that they just keep refilling and never cleaning it out. Good thing I happen to opened it to smell the cream. I did that the first night we got there then in the morning. Still spoiled

Breakfast was good…lots of proteins to choose from. Comfortable bed, but so high! Quiet, staff was very nice and accommodating.

Also, at breakfast, my wife asked the staff person for sugarfree syrup. She was told they had none by a same staff person who had her and phone conversation going on from the time we got there until we left. Not a very good impression made on us.

Great stay! Close to the new Dolly Truck Stop! Free breakfast is always a plus!

It's about what you'd expect from a discount hotel. Staff had issues on check in, not sure if it was because I booked through Expedia or some sort of tech issue. Didn't even try the free breakfast; looked to either be all carb's or microwaved food. Room was good. There's no services on site as far as a restaurant or bar. If you are just looking for a quite place to sleep close to the highway this is it.

Nothing! Horrible hotel, run down, poor conditions. My shower was broken, room was dirty, hotel was in complete disarray. I was traveling w family and our dog. All was well, helpful staff, clean room, comfortable bed, hot water, good coffee and breakfast to start the day. Nice place to stay

The breakfast was spot on. They are beginning a renovation, so it was understandable that everything was not up to date. The staff was helpful with finding a place to order pizza on a Sunday night.

Need updating Holiday Inn is better than this and it was super noisy off the highway and it was missing a knob on the shower.

booked a king suite with sofa bed. Bed was a queen bed. Could not split the bill into three where my other two travelers could go ahead and pay, Breakfast poor with no juice alternative and pancake machine not working. bread stale. Was ok for a night but disappointed but realize that redoing rooms does require some understanding.

I paid an extremely high amount even though I was a member and there were holes in the walls, shower had holes. Air would never get below 70 and for 285.00 I’ll stay next door at the Hampton from now on and we come a lot to Columbia and bring a whole ball team.
