No hot water and never anyone at desk to help. I was told newly refurbished room but the bathroom had rust along the tub and black spots under the soap shelves in the shower.

The staff were nice and it smelt clean. When we walked into our room there was a cockroach on the wall and the breakfast was not good.

The hotel was being renovated so maybe that's why it was not in the best shape. Our room was supposedly "newly renovated" but it looked like 3rd graders did the work. Very sloppy and incomplete.

Location, right off the interstate was nice. Room was nice. Front desk person must have been having a bad day. At check in she was unfriendly, she was there the next morning and seemed more pleasant. Honestly, if I wasn’t so tired I would have gone to a different hotel. Your front end is the first and last person your guests see.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They unfortunately were repairing a water main break but handled it well. The beds and breakfast were very good!

Touting 4th floor as newly renovated—how so?

They wouldn’t let me park my pickup with a small trailer on the lot

There was a roach in our room and we had to ask for another room at 11pm. Disappointed in the breakfast.

That they allowed dogs. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable. I stayed at plenty of Holidays Inn this place was my least favorite. Property little out dated. Rooms and bath floors need to be replaced. Our room entry and bathroom had broken tiles we were afraid we were going to cut our feet and my dogs paws. They had spoiled creamer sitting in a kettle that they just keep refilling and never cleaning it out. Good thing I happen to opened it to smell the cream. I did that the first night we got there then in the morning. Still spoiled
