Best Western Suites

The breakfast was great. The room was very clean. The bed was a little dated and was squeaky. The pool was cold and murky. My son had a neon green ball that could not be seen at the bottom of the pool in the 5 ft section. We had to find it with our feet. The hot tub was broken and barely warm which was very upsetting since that was the selling point on picking this place. The staff was very nice though. I wouldn't mind staying here again. Especially if the hot tub got fixed.

When we first checked into our room, we immediately noticed that the bathroom exhaust fan was not working. With three people sharing one room, proper ventilation is important, so we requested assistance. While we appreciate that the front desk moved us to another room, the replacement room had the exact same issue with no working bathroom vent. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the second room was also unacceptable. The couch had multiple white stains and other visible marks, the lampshade was dirty with what appeared to be splashes or drip marks, and the doors were sticky and unpleasant to touch. These conditions made us feel uncomfortable throughout our stay. The pool and hot tub were even more concerning. The pool appeared to have a significant buildup of dirt and grime. The buildup along the tile line was so noticeable that names written by previous guests were still visible. The hot tub was also dirty and was not functioning properly. Most concerning of all, after using the pool, members of our group developed boils and skin irritation. While I cannot say with certainty what caused these symptoms, the condition of the pool left us very concerned that the water may not have been properly maintained

Jacuzzi room 107. Clean, good breakfast, able to park almost right outside of our room, always nice there! No complaints so far, We have stayed twice and I am about to book another mini get away night!

nice room jacuzzi water was barely as warm as the pool, should be hotter room smelled musty maybe turn air down in rooms that will be occupied for a few hours before arrival time?

Breakfast was great, friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms.

The smell in the room. It smells like dampness and is unpleasant as soon as you walk in.

Easy to get to the property. The staff was very helpful and nice Exhaust fan didn’t work in the bathroom of the room I had. Also had light out/ didn’t work above the sink. The ac fan was kinda noisy and didn’t blow very hard for the temperature it was set at. The shower needed some more water pressure.

Prior to coming to this Best Western my husband and I had said to each other how bad the brand has gotten given the experiences we had throughout the course of this trip. But showing up at this Best Western showed us that maybe there are still some Best Westerns that do maintain their properties!

We have stayed at this location as a way stop between CT and MO for many years. The location puts us beyond any Columbus area traffic. The place is nice and the staff are very friendly. There is no problem with our usual very late arrival. Breakfast was standard but satisfactory. Not the fault of management but the original construction means that there are non-powered fire doors between the rooms and the elevators which are difficult to maneuver suitcases or luggage carts around. Adding power doors would make life easier.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms and the hotel was very clean. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel, many things to choose from. I would give it 10 all the way around.

Nothing 1st of the room had a smell 2nd it wasn’t properly cleaned. When I complained about it nothing was done about it. For the amount I paid I could’ve gone to the Hilton or something better.

No clean towels and for four days no room cleaning and service was very poor. Hopefully next time I will have better service

The hotel and hotel rooms were very clean and nice. Loved having the hot tub by the pool, we could relax and watch the kids play. The breakfast was amazing! The staff running breakfast were very nice and made sure everyone and everything was taken care of. The manager and staff were very welcoming coming in as well as during our stay. Location was also perfect. Restaurants/gas stations/shopping areas were close by. We will definitely be coming back again The only thing that I would complain about is I felt that the pool had a little too much chlorine, was just a strong smell but it definitely didn’t keep us from enjoying the pool all weekend.

Was a decent hotel for the price Very dated, bed was super uncomfortable as were the pillows! Next to no water pressure from the shower, and the room overall had a strange odor. Almost like a smoker had previously stayed, even though it was a non smoking room

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a long time. Very friendly staff, great breakfast, pool and hot tub. Perfect location for our 3 day trip to other world, the zoo and cosi. Would have been nice to have daily room service.

Easy access, restaurants within walking distance. Good breakfast. A USA paper every morning. Overall very comfortable. An irritating noise i believe coming from the bathroom exhaust fan. No way of turning it off.

Location worked for us. Comfy beds and quiet.
