The staff was amazing, very helpful and very nice. The hotel could use some updates. The bed was pretty worn out not comfortable. The free breakfast was not what we expected but worked in a pinch.

The rooms were decently sized and well laid-out. Two queen bed were perfect for our family. It was well located to the west of Columbus, so no issues there. The breakfast was….not good. It was bread, cereal, and some oranges. At least the coffee was decent. My girls complained the room wasn’t clean. Not as in not tidy but as in deeply dirty underneath things. That is something they notice more than me and we were only there 1 night else they have made me change hotels!

The environment is clean, and the staff are dedicated to keeping you safe.

This is the only hotel that we have felt okay with walking in our bare feet while in the room. The staff was excellent, and parking was usually adequate for my mobility needs (there were enough handicap parking spaces, except for one time during our 4-day stay). I'm glad there were luggage conveyors so we could get all of our stuff to our room in one fell swoop. I wish I could choose my room. Our room was pretty far from the elevator, but I did okay. I suppose I could have called, but since I got the reservation through Hotels.com, I'm not sure if that would have been an option. We had an excellent stay.

Great place for price. Staff were very friendly. Looks like some remodeling was completed but some things were still older. But it didn’t bother us. Breakfast was juice, cold cereal, oatmeal, bagels, toast and oranges. It served the purpose. I would stay again for the weekend.

Was not informed pool and spa was out of order until after payment was processed.

Location was great. There was a cigarette burn hole in the bed spread. There was something spilled on the wall and the floor in the main bedroom. The beds were old and not comfortable.

Several broken/wonky items including my room door not locking properly, peeling paint in the bathroom, and an elevator issue.

I WAS VERY SURPRISED WITH SUPER 8 THE HOTEL HAS DONE A LOT OF UPGRADES FROM THE PAST I LIKE THE FACT ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED MY WIFE IS ALLERGIC TO PET HAIR WE WILL NOT STAY WHERE THE HOTEL IS PET FRENDLY THE BREAKFAST COULD HAVE HAD MORE VERITY

The property on the outside was decent but seemed as thou there were a lot of loitering of people The room was filthy, from the walls to the floor to bedding to bathroom. I could not stay there and ask for refund

didn't eat it. We were afraid because the motel was such a shit hole we were afraid of sanitary conditions. 1) gave us cards that didn't work. The room had powder on floor that looked like powder used to absorb odder. They could have vacuumed it up. I call the desk and the guy laughed and said the maid forgot to vacuum. I saw the maid in hallway and asked her to vacuum it up. We were leaving and when we got back the powder was still on floor.There was a handle broken on dresser. The furniture was extremely old and WORN. The facility as a hole was a giant shit hole. I am really surprised Windom would ever put their name on something this bad. The only reason we didn't go someplace else was every place I called was full

If you need a quick stay, go for it but it’s not the greatest especially for $200 a night.

The "good" breakfast should have said "continental breakfast." (We booked expecting to save money on breakfast, but there was no protein at breakfast for our athletes.) This hotel is not worth half of the $220/night that we had to pay. The cleaning staff is clearly underpaid or unsupervised. The toilet malfunctioned and no one was available to fix it. Breakfast was not as advertised. This will be my only stay ever at a Super 8.

Room was gross. Mattress was gross and uncomfortable. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling and unkempt. Lobby smelled terribly of cigarette smoke. We didn’t even stay the night, just packed our bags and made the four hour drive home instead of staying here.
