Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

Super clean and loved the room! Parking was 10 bucks and not ideal in garage for a single female traveler.

Room was average. Bed linens were worn but apparently clean. Bathroom clean but with the usual dirty corners you tend to see with shower doors, behind toilet, etc. Good towels available. Fridge and microwave available. Drip coffee maker with one regular and one decaf. Only enough for one person. Property was acceptable for a one night stay.

Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Breakfast and a pool. All we needed.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Amenities were solid for the price and breakfast was good. Great location as well for the price.

Nice room

Person at the front desk had no personality and doesn't seem to care at all. Never had a bathroom so gross before - the shower had yellow lining the bottom and was so ewe we didn't want to use it. Had a two Queen Bed room, one of the comforters had what looked like blood on it - I used the phone to call the front desk to inform them and ask for a new one - the line was so staticky I could barely hear him, then nothing so I hung up - 2 minutes later sounded like someone was trying to open my door instead of someone knocking on it. I opened the door and was the front desk guy with a different blanket - not a soft one, was rough and hard/heavy, felt like a towel. Then the DOOR - NEVER been in a room before where there is a 2-3inch gap from the door to the floor, and crack all the way around. Couldn't Sleep at all from the massive Light pouring in. They have signs up saying quiet hours start at 9 - how is that if the pool is open till 10? and you'd be charged $250 fine - wonder if the guys outside my door at 1am got a fine - with not having a proper door it was ridiculously Loud!! The Beds were supposed to have Pillow Tops - I think the floor would of been softer, felt like sleeping on a rock was so hard. Breakfast was degusting. They were moping the floor at 8:30am, how are you mopping during Breakfast and checkout times and not even use a wet floor sign? 100% regret staying here - never been so grossed out in a hotel before!!

Friendly staff with a quick check in. We saw some tiny ants in the bathroom at about midnight, to late to address it . The breakfast was not good at all, We stopped to eat after we left.

Property was clean well maintained, and staff treated us like family. Very nice long weekend.

Our room was awesome; clean, view, updated, we ate at the grill and both my husband and I were very pleased with our meal. We even found and tipped Chef Tri! The food was amazing; fresh, perfectly blended, cooked correctly, and delicious! (Cheese curds, chicken bacon ranch sandwich, onion rings), and prices of food and beverages were low. Excellent service too!

Shady area. Traffic getting to the hotel, took 45 min to go 3 miles Stay somewhere else

Over the past three decades, I have frequented numerous hotels, none of which I would have rated as exceptional. However, this establishment was remarkably pleasant and meticulously maintained. The reception and staff demonstrated exceptional friendliness and courtesy. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, providing great enjoyment for my child. I wholeheartedly endorse this hotel for anyone visiting Columbus.

They was good about getting me first floor close to front desk.

I came down here for the weekend & my room was very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I visited again!

The floors above creaked so much I was aware when the occupant came in for the night. Awoken early by the same noise. Over all shabby looking place. Peeling wall paper in pubic areas. Corners and baseboards dirty. The building needs to be renovated. Parking lot was good and seemed well maintained

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast could have had a few more choices but was good. Beds slept well.

Great value for a short stay.
