Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Columbus West, OH

This was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at, especially in Columbus! Staff was all very polite, breakfast room was clean, breakfast had a good selection. We would definitely come back! There was a $150 deposit required that I don't remember reading when I booked the room.

Excellent. Multiple choices, stocked well, tasted delicious They put a100 hold on credit card. It was refunded so that was cool.

The staff was nice, but the hotel is very noisy. Between the road noises and the people/staff, we found it one of the noisiest places we stayed. The breakfast was average and hotel was ok. Besides the noise, the mold in the bathroom was definitely a turn off. Not the worst hotel stay but definitely not a place we would stay again if we had options.

Ants were all around and inside the juice containers at the station.

Tv in room did not work. Reported it and nothing ever happened. 3 days no TV. Also no one ever at desk.

Stayed for a couple days visiting friends, had a great time. Room was clean, staff was kind and helpful.

We had 3 rooms. One room was musty smelling and had ants, but other 2 rooms were clean. Breakfast was average. Location was good, close to shops and not far from OSU stadium. I tried to use dryer but it took my money and didn’t work and thought it was pricey ( $4.00 just for dryer) Couldn’t get my money back right away, they had to credit it on my checkout.

The place is what I epected. Not much else. The overnight staff person is who I spoke with ... I aksed a simple question. "Can I book the same room for a second night?" He quickly said no with an antagonistic attitude. Then, without me saying anything, he said, "You can but it will, cost you $350." After staying the night, before it was chackout time, I spoke with the owner/manager and asked if I could get a different room. The man said no with his overnight staff standing nearby. I was told I have to leave. I leaft, but in my mind, I became emotional. In my haste I left my laptop in the room. When I returned for my laptop the owner/manager had kept it safe, and I did get my property back.

It is convenient to the highway on the west side. The hallways and breakfast area were very warm. There were frequently people hanging around the entrance smoking.

We have stayed here multiple times and never been disappointed. The family who runs this hotel is so nice. We actually booked it this time for my mother-in-law after her house was damaged by storms and needed an affordable place to stay until she could get back in her home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had everything she needed. Will definitely stay here again the next time we need a hotel in Columbus.

Location had shopping and restaurants nearby. It was a perfect location for our purpose. The breakfast was excellent. It had something for everyone. The hotel was very clean. We couldn’t find how to turn the lights on in the pool area. We had to call the front desk. He was quick to turn them on and he checked on us and was very friendly just strange.

Staff was new and should not been on night shift Claimed he could not find my booking. Booking called and he told them he didn’t know what to do and had no rooms . Had to sleep in car after 10 hour drive

Clean room, friendly staff, good breakfast, eat convenient parking.

Our room was clean however, there was a dirty couch when you came into the hotel. The breakfast wasn't what we expected but Bob Evans was right across from the hotel. It was an ok stay just think it could ve cleaner. Oh yeah, during the shower the water would go off completely and then slowly came back on. The water pressure was horrible..
