Staff exceptional!! Price too high

We were very pleased with our stay at Homewood suites. We were greeted as we entered the facility. Everyone was friendly. The hotel was very clean. Loved the location. Beautiful room!! Couldn't have been happier! Highly recommend!!

Spent a few trips at this hotel, staff good, breakfast delicious… furniture looks worn

We had sheets that had holes and stains. The towels had holes. The pool was nice. Overall this property was not great.

Me and my family were harassed during breakfast by the cooked. They snatched food from me and My Kids and I would never be back to this location again and don’t recommend it to anyone.

Loved the room. The beds were so comfortable. We loved that the tvs said welcome with our name. Room was very clean. Not a lot of fast foods in walking distance. Maybe a shuttle bus to stadium for events.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for the activity we were there for. The breakfast was typical. I did sort of like the response time of the staff to try to correct the problem that we had with our room. Much appreciated. I didn’t like that our first room was not cleaned properly for the Hilton Brand I expected more. When we first entered the room it smelled like someone had used the bathroom and sprayed air freshener to hide the smell throughout the room. The beds were not cleaned properly one bed had crumbs and a crusty remnant on it. The other had maybe lipstick or blood on the covers. The bathroom tub had hair on the wall and in the tub. The toilet seat had a stain on it that was not cleaned. In the kitchen area, the refrigerator door seal was off the door frame. They had a piece of grape underneath the table and floor was not swept properly. The room was not vacuumed properly. The carpet still had crumbs in the bedroom area. I called the front desk and the had the manager come to the room. I showed him everything I had mentioned and was told that the hotel was booked up. I have worked for the hotel industry and I expected more for the brand regardless if I made the reservation through a third party site or called the hotel directly all rooms should be cleaned properly and expected for quality of service to all customers. It took a bit of time but the manager gave us a different room on a different floor. It was better but having travelled 11 hours by car it was disappointing to have checked in to an inconvenient circumstance. Let’s get it right the first time.

Great stay. Clean rooms

Friendly staff and great breakfast. The hotel cost us with fees and taxes $900.00 for two nights. The beds were uncomfortable, the air conditioner in the sleeping area was very loud and stunk really bad each time it came on.

The hotel was super clean and in the perfect location. It was easily walkable to restaurants and shops along the street and easy access to OSU. The breakfast was great every morning and the fitness center was super nice to be able to work out every day. There was also an indoor pool and laundry services. Overall, I can’t say enough great things about the hotel.

We accidentally left my wedding ring in the bathroom. They were very responsive to find it. And mail it to us that to me is above and beyond.

We did encounter a minor issue with the shower, which we discussed with management. Aside from that, our stay was peaceful, comfortable, and restful. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and appreciated the staff’s efforts to ensure our satisfaction.
