This hotel should be removed from Booking.com, an investor should visit this property and if you care about clean, please avoid this place, you will not believe it’s worth the value. Please remove this hotel, they do not care about guests, only money, not reinvesting income back into the property.

Large room and quick check in Soooo cold and we couldn't adjust the thermostat above 70. Ask for 5 blankets as one of us gets super cold. Could only give us 4 very thin blankets . One of us slept in her coat. Room was according to my phone 63 degrees in am. Too cold to be able to shower .

Clean overall and comfortable bedding and sitting area. Staff was present and nice. Comfortable area with good lighting n safety.

The location was great for where I had to be the next day

There was no blow dryer. And when we went down to ask for one they said they would bring one up and never did. Which leads me to another bad part there's no phone connection in the room they have two phones but they don't work you can't call the desk. There is no blanket on the bed just a thin sheet and no top sheet. Waited in the lobby for the staff for 30 minutes no one came.

Very roomy. We didn't like one bed had a thin cover not a comforter and no extra blanket. Also, with 3 people only 2 towels

Had a nice fireplace . Was enough space for how many people we had . It was dirty. We had dirty towels in our room and when I cleaned surfaces it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The fireplace had dust and didn’t work.

The location is close to the stadium in Columbus where concerts take place. The room was big and more like a suite with a living room and bedroom. It also had a small kitchenette for people who want to cook or heat food. Check-in took really really long, even though we were the only ones. We returned slightly late around 12 after a concert and the parking area looked a little shady with people sitting around.

Room size Water took too long to get hot, but it was alright.

Smells like dog poop . Towel was dirty and couldn’t get clean towel until 3:00pm . No Ice machine, no snack store .

The front desk staff were Rude and helpful, The room smelled like piss and was stained up

The room was ok. The furniture in the sitting area was old and needed to be replaced or cleaned better. We were told when we checked in there was a $100 deposit that would be released when we checked out. Instead I was charged for our room and the $100. I called and the person I spoke to seemed to be expecting my call. It felt shady.

I loved the quiet, serene and homely environment. The facilities from the family size fridge-freezer, big microwave, electric cooker, coffee maker, washing machine all in the kitchenette to the lounging settee and comfortable bed all added to the coziness of the Queen room. Nothing!

Surface INN is close to many restaurants and bars and also easy to get to expressway. It's a little difficult to find as it's back behind another hotel. We didn't like that there was no breakfast, not even coffee was provided in the morning. Also our room had a big ink stain on the carpet and out sheets and someone's name written with a magic marker. For the price not bad.

I love this hotel but ever since new owners it isn't very clean and no breakfast anymore and the lil store they used to have is gone as well!! the price on rooms have gone up 20$ as well! so its for sure gone from a 9 out of 10, to a 4 out of 10! there was no blanket on the bed! there was only one bath towel in the room, no hand towel or wash cloth!! being on the very end of the hall way I can hear every time someone goes up&down the stairs, &down the hall way smells awful like dog, and there's a little dog barking at all times

Dirty bedding left in sofa bed, stovetop filthy, no shower curtain or toilet paper holder, bedspread dirty, floors in entry of hotel and elevators disgusting.
