Great Wolf Lodge Concord

Place was clean. I don’t like the fact that you pay 20.00 a day parking. Don’t like first floor. Food expenses. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Good if you have kids! I advice to wear on for the wet areas. There was way too many people.

Everything was perfect until me and my family checked out and got hit with charges. A case is open and now pending of $1,200 on my card. It was an enjoyable 2 nights that we stayed to celebrate my 10yr old but on the ride home was a bit of a headache.

The kids had an amazing time. They love the bunk beds in the kids’ cabin. My son loved having the high plug near the top bunk for his iPad! The staff was friendly and accommodating. We felt safe both days at the water park as the lifeguards are always watching for safety violations. The dippin dots and pizza were amazing! The dunkin lattes were super tasty! The only negative was the dust gathered in the corners of the bunk beds. I alway travel with sheets and I noticed when I was covering the beds. I also travel with Lysol and other cleaning supplies so I handled it. But all in all, we really enjoyed it. Our last experience at a different great wolf location was an absolute nightmare, so we were nervous. I’m happy to say we will definitely return!

They took our money as a “down payment” for damages on the room. $100 a night. The water park smelled like pee in a few places and they wouldn’t accommodate us with anything since they took our money out of our bank account they double charged me for parking and a birthday package I bought.

Arcade is too expensive and takes advantage of parents and grandparents

The room was very clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and cared for. Everything felt organized, comfortable, and family-friendly. I honestly have no complaints about our stay. The only downside was the food pricing within the hotel. While the food was convenient, the prices were much higher than expected. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again.

We had a great room...the AC worked great, the shower was good, the bed was comfy, the making memories were awesome. No complaints from us.

Terrible service

Family friendly resort. The children stayed entertained with activities. The clean room and excellent staff !!!!!!

Booked stay with my 11 year old. First time there. Property was clean, staff was nice but couldn't answer any questions regarding park hours and activities. Wolfe app didn't work. I thought that the pool would have a section deeper than 5 ft but it didn't. Food expensive. Overall my son enjoyed himself and thats all that matters.

Great family vacation

Wonderful place to take the kids! Plenty of activities and the water area was great!

The bathrooms by the swimming area need cleaned more often. The dinning room staff was AMAZING!! Staff had to bring us 3 pack and plays because the others were broken. Very helpful staff!!

Friendly staff and everything being convenient was perfect for our first summer trip. We will be back next year💜
