We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Professional Staff every time we encounrtered them! Everything was fine except for the none accessible bathroom for the handicapped. Entrance door to the backroom was too small to accommodate my wider Rollator! The front wheels entered just fine, but the rear wheels did not. I had to take my time to turn it sideways to enter & exit. The bathroom and sink was small & no roll-in shower. Only a bathtub with bars.

Pool was closed. No notice of such online or told at check in

The pool hadn’t been cleaned or tested by the state so it was unfortunately closed which sucked. The hotel smelled like mildew but other than those things, I have no complaints. The beds were extremelyyyyy soft! We were very comfortable and loved the location. We were in town for the Dababy festival.

Location very unaccommodating for a booking made truly in error: i.e., HI-Concord which was meant to be HI-Waynesboro, Va.. Will not use HI in future due to thoughtlessness and lack of professionalism. SAD……

Simple, quick check in late at night. Friendly staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you.

hotel bright and airy, breakfast was everything you need, room was clean, and staff was professional and friendly. pool was small and needed some chemicals to keep it cleaner.

Shower area needs some repair. You can't paint over mold. It always eventually shows up again. Hair, not mine, on the shower ceiling was a bad look.
