The room was clean, towels well stocked. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good

Very poor floor hygiene. Carpets are so dirty that if you walk bare feet your soles will be beautifully charcoal painted without additional expenditure .But to clean the feet you certainly need to incur some additional expenditure ha ha !!! Break fast lady is friendly but the break fast menu rigidly fixed one day you get rounded bacon nuggets and scrambled eggs and muffins along with few corn flakes family of cereals , strawberry or raspberry type of yogurts few fruits as if they fell off trees ,caf and decaf coffees ,few tea bags .Next day identical menu substituting muffins with waffles and or some French type cookies. The cycle repeats until you get bored.Good luck bon appetite...

Very nice stuff and the place was clean

It was a very good stay, helpful and nice staff, very good breakfast options

Employees were great. Food was good. Our toilet didn't work good and was clogged when we got there. Went to service desk because phone didn't work. They handed me a plunger. Cleared the clog. Went to give plunger back to cleaning lady and she said to keep it and that she reported it when she cleaned it a few hours earlier. Left for concert and found toilet leaking so we piled towels in front of it and went to sleep. Also need more waffle makers. 1 is not enough for full house.

This is my fourth visit in 3 weeks and I'm definitely coming back when in Concord

Close to everywhere we wanted to go Nothing

The Internet was down when we first arrived, but the staff were super transparent and kind when they told us that they were unable to check us in. When we were able to check in, everything was seamless and comfortable and the rates weren’t bad either. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in the area :D

The breakfast was ok The rooms were small and smelled like mildew. The beds were uncomfortable and on a board that kept sliding in the middle of the night. The towels were dirty when I checked in. The staff was rude

The place was dirty the bathroom clog hair on the bed the carpet dirty i could only spend one day

It was a nice stay

Hotel was great. We thought it was going to be loud, but we didn't a hear a peep. Room was clean, water in the shower was hot. The morning breakfast was sufficient.. had hot items and cold/dry items. Would recommend this hotel abd location... please give them a chane. Facilities were free of smoke smell.
