Sleep Inn & Suites at Concord Mills

you get what you pay for. it's a nice regular room for a quick stay. they can use some updates because it does look outdated. but besides that everything was fine.

Building and rooms were very well kept. Staff were very helpful when stay needed to be extended. The pricing is great and I would recommend it

Messed up no good and what dirty

Hotel needs an upgrade. EVERYTHING is outdated. Carpet throughout the entire Hotel needs to be cleaned.

Excellent rooms and staff. Price point was awesome and I wasn’t expecting the rooms to be as good as they were! Will defintkey be staying here again.

Clean room

Dirty bathroom, a bathroom door with a broken latch, broken door handle on the “front” door

Not a fan of the sink being separate from bathroom but did like the shower instead of a tub.

Staff were nice and breakfast was good. Towels were stained and smelled strange and the room needed to be vacuumed. There was also a cell phone discovered in the tank of the toilet leaving us feeling uncomfortable. The surrounding rooms and hallway were particularly noisy during the night as well.

Uncomfortable beds and paper thin walls. We wouldn't stay here ever again.

Breakfast was delicious. But the rooms where not up kept. They have wood underneath the bed as a bed frame which made you feel like you were sleeping on top of the wood board bed frame. The bathroom smelled moldy and shower had allot of rust stains.

Just needed a two day stay and I thought it would've been easy for me and comfortable let's begin the room wasn't clean the shower had long strings of hair wasn't cleaned the room need some updating very old school hotel let's not talk about the bed sheets that wasn't clean blood spots on the comforters not one bed on both beds overall the experience was bed compare to other sleep inns I've been too. The breakfast was a little decent need more and different options not the same pork sausages and eggs every morning what about the people who don't eat pork at least some turkey

The hotel room was clean, and the hotel seemed like a very well-maintained property overall. Unfortunately, the Wi-fi was not working in my room. I notified the front desk, but the Wi-fi never did work in the two nights of my stay. There was ample parking, and the hotel was very conveniently located.

Everything was good.

I enjoyed the friendliness of McKenzie at the front desk. However, I was disappointed that the multiple calls I placed were not answered prior to checking in. It would be nice for the property to have a new phone system.

Everything was fine my wife eats breakfast no complaints

We enjoyed our stay at SleepInn It was very convenient to Lucient Amphitheater. The room was spacious & clean. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good but didn't stand out from other hotels.

This was perfect for our weekend visit.
