Its a clean and properly valued hotel

Can be a lot of traffic in that area but other than that I would stay here again.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The business room was great.

Came into town for one night for a concert at the amphitheater nearby. Everything was great, clean, and it’s near a ton of restaurants and shops. We loved seeing a dog using the little dog park, and the breakfast was good! I would stay here again!

Near Concord Mall

Maintenance wise is what got them a 3 star rating. Air conditioner was extremely loud and kept us awake. Definitely needed some maintenance. Also we were locked out of our room for an hour and a half because the key reader died and the staff on hand didn’t know how to replace it. Manager was supposed to offer some credit to us, but I’ve yet to see it.

I had an excellent stay at Wingate by Marriott. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the check-in staff Perry was very friendly and welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with a nice variety of options. I would definitely stay here again!

I really appreciated the bathroom essentials. I didn’t have to unpack everything that I brought. They had all Dove products like bar soap, liquid hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. That was nice! The room was very clean. It was also nice that after we checked in, we received a welcome text. If we had any questions we could just text that same number. Very convenient. We missed breakfast because we were so tired. No issues with parking either. Highly recommend.

The room was very clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Had a great night's sleep. The air conditioning worked well. Although the bathroom was very clean and the towels were comfy, the tub did not drain at all. Nighttime staff was great, daytime staff not so friendly. Location was good. Only wish they had an outdoor seating area to relax in. Overall, a good value and we would come back.

Ms. Louise was so welcoming and professional. I can tell she loves her job because the way she gives each guest her unforced attention. She was very helpful and answered any questions I had along with being so sweet towards my puppy. My family and I would visit this hotel again in the future.
