The facilities were top notch, the staff was friendly. Just remember to call and let them.know if you are going to be late for the 3 p.m. check in. It makes life so much easier.

We did request an early check in and the front desk was very accommodating.

Excellent stay but washer was broken the entire stay I alerted desk about missing door on washer..they replaced door next day went back to use it and out of order sign was on it..such an inconvenience and there was only one washer and one dryer in entire hotel.. ice machines were all out of order on each floor except the first floor.. it worked the first night and didn’t the rest of the entire stay..

It is a Very Clean Hotel , convenient to everything ( food , shopping , 3 mins. from Charlotte Motor Speedway). Your gonna love the Breakfast Buffet. Large screen TV in the Room with plenty of Channels.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was nice but I could tell by the smell it had been used by a dog owner. Did tell the desk that it needed to be cleaned better.

The bathroom was outdated and the toilet ran all night. The room looked old and not fresh and inviting. The place to hang coats/clothes was open to the room, but more importantly, not very sturdy.

The location. Housekeeping constantly knocking on the door and even had im housekeeping open the door while were were inside.
