My stay started off a little rough. After checking in around 5pm I was focused on unpacking, getting dinner and relaxing. However, all channels on the TV displayed "inactive", so I contacted the front desk. The clerk informed me that he would send someone up to look at it. The young man who came up 15 min. later tried the same things I did to get a picture and then stated that he would suggest that maintenance was sent up. I though he was maintenance but later found out that he was just a person who did various things like deliver towels. I was later told to let the TV sit and reset for 30 min. Another 3 minutes wasted out of my time. I went to the front desk to request another room. This too another 15-20 min.

Everything was perfect, from the early check I was able to do and the sleep I got in the comfortable king sized bed. I will definitely reserve another room in the future.

We didn’t get the room we reserved. I assume due to us checking in late, approx. 10pm. We reserve a king but were told they only had double queen available. Otherwise, our stay was good.

Initially noticed how nice and clean the hotel was upon entry. The check-in was lengthy, with about 3 to 4 different people ahead of us checking in. It took approximately 30 minutes for us to get to the desk. They were utilizing 2 desks but only 1 card reader. The concierges were very helpful and kind. We were made aware the pool was closed for renovations. This was highly disappointing since it was a key part in my hotel choice. The pool was also heavily marketed through the hotel summary and as the first picture. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was a musty, moldy smell consistently in the hall of the second floor. Breakfast was wonderful and the waitress was joyful and kind. Check out was quick. Overall, it was a good experience. Any time staff were encountered, we were greeted and received smiles.

My room was extremely hot and took a while for AC to kick in but once it did it was comfortable. THANKS. The staff went above and beyond to assist especially Patrick. The ac was my only complaint.

I stayed in room 515, when I entered the room was very humid and smelt really bad. Had a very strong sweat or dirty smell that I needed to spray cologne to counter. They were very full so I didn’t reach out to the front desk bc I worried they didn’t have another room to change to. Was also concerned the sheets had not been changed. Throughout the night it felt like I may of had something crawling on me. Not sure if it was from the body wash or something in the sheets.

We just went here this weekend for a couple days to get away and do some antiquing. The rooms are very nice and everything was clean! The staff was amazing! The only thing that I was upset about was that the pool was closed. I didn't see anything about that when I booked the room. Also, the television in the bar leaves little to be desired. They need to really upgrade that or connect it to the internet. Other than that it was wonderful!

Location was easily accessible to raceway and many other attractions. Restaurants and shopping also very close.

Great location close to our destination. Bar was a bit expensive, but nice to have it in the lobby.
