SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Concord Mills Spdwy

I like the fact that the staff was very helpful I didn't like the fact that they didn't have a pool and it was very hot it would have been nice to go into the pool breakfast stops too early 9:00 Monday through Friday and on the weekends it stops at 10:00 but I enjoyed it was a nice area there's plenty of restaurants around but I was really upset that they didn't have a pool

Quick overnight, it was very clean and comfortable.

Nice stay

Good parking and close to restaurants.

Na

Very good breakfast with piping hot options!

Paying for parking

Shower and plumbing needs repair.

Room was smaller than most for the price

I like how the hotel is near the mall and the track and dragstrip.

Computers were down. Smaller room.

Good breakfast and the location was very convenient

It seemed shabby, not very well maintained and not super clean.

The first room we got put in was dirty and had hair on the floor of the bathroom and a stain on the comforter. But we went and immediately requested a new room and easily got to switch. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The housekeepers however only came to clean our room once even though we told the front desk every single day that we wanted the housekeepers to come daily (we stayed 6 nights). Upon speaking to the manager on the last day, the house keepers do a check at 8am each morning to see who has a “do not disturb” sign on the door. If it’s on at 8am, apparently you’re screwed for the day. This is a ridiculous policy and the staff should check in again around 10 or 11am and see if any new rooms have taken down the sign. Not everyone is up and ready to go at 8am and the sign is on so we don’t get disturbed while we’re sleeping or getting ready in the morning. I’ve never had an issue like this in the past so it only proves that the policy is dumb and needs to be modified.

Very comfortable and friendly staff

Staff was friendly and quick. Bed wasn't very comfortable. Elevators and carpets needed a cleaning.

The hotel is very old need remodeling the carpet in the room and hallway looks and smell bad probably has flee the breakfast is very basic I found it low quality and the beds had soft mattress the elevators are not clean regularly the have dirty panels overall not Marriott standard I am used to

Great little spot, close to airport, mall and lots of food, thanks for the stay!

The fitness center was a welcomed distraction for the "tweens" in the family. They enjoyed working out together before breakfast, which allowed parents to start their day more relaxed. However, we did wish there was a pool. Overall, a great stay.
