SpringHill Suites by Marriott Charlotte Concord Mills Spdwy

It was pretty clean and everyone was very nice. It could use maintenance and updates. The breakfast was very minimal. Not great.

Was located near restaurants and shopping mall. Unfortunately we didn’t have hot water in the shower the morning that we left and the phone in the room didn’t work.

This property was unlike any other Marriott Bonvoy properties I had stayed at. We booked a room with 2 beds. When we arrived they had given us a handicap accessible room with 1 bed and a sofa. We went back to the front desk to tell them the error, She said they had 2 queen beds available but we would have to go on our phone and cancel the room they gave us because Expedia considered the sofa a bed, and rebook. We had 1 1/2 hour to shower and dress for a concert, so we kept it. One in our party slept on the bed and 1 on the sofa. The road noise was terrible, we tried to drown it but it didn’t work. Maid was knocking at 8:40 am the next morning trying to get into clean. We went to breakfast, it was bare minimum. A toaster for 2 slices, no waffle batter made, only 1 coffee pot made ( I got the last 1/2 cup). Very sad for Marriott . Improvements are needed.

Came with family. Room and hotel clean and well maintained. I used the fitness center was clean and tidy. My only complaint has nothing to do with the hotel. Getting off the interstate and merging onto the road heading towards hotel is awful. Whomever designed that needs to go back to school. Hotel was just fine.

Terrible stay. Need updating. Toilet was not working, ironing board was broken, and the water stopped working for a period of time. The staff was nice, however; the property is in badly need of renovation.

I never got my deposit back and it’s been weeks money doesn’t grow on trees I was told it would go back on my card after I check out it never did I checked out on June 27

This hotel is conveniently located near the highway and minutes down the road to Charlotte motor speedway. We enjoyed a small suite that was well furnished. Breakfast was standard but good. For those who are Texas Roadhouse fans, you can’t ask for better as it is next door and a quick walk across the parking lot.

Had a great stay, only thing missing was a pool

The site was exactly what we needed for the weekend. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Kelsey at the front desk was especially helpful. She has a true gift in customer service and attention to detail!

Room lights didn’t work. The room wasn’t that clean. The side door entrance didn’t work. It wasn’t a good experience.

Not as clean as I would like. Definitely dated and needs some upgrades badly. I would not stay at this location again.

I expected more for the money I spent. I’m not planning to use this hotel again.

The property was in a convenient location, near several restaurants. The was stuffy and had a dank smell, which i also noticed in the lobby. Staff was nice.

Hotel was comfortable but breakfast was very disappointing. No milk or yogurt at all, not even milk for coffee.

We were very disappointed with the Marriott. The room was outdated and poorly maintained, We had no hot water, so I couldn’t even take a shower. When we mentioned it to the staff, we were told the hotel has old pipes, but that really shouldn’t be the guest’s problem. For the price, I expected a much better experience and basic amenities that actually worked. We spoke to management & was basically brushed off. I will NEVER patronize or recommend that anyone stay at this property in its current condition.

Our room was very clean and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was fresh every day!
