Concord Suites

Overall, the breakfast was just okay. Not great Bed was a bit hard for me and breakfast was not very good

Disappointing

Very good

No parking, construction going on, noise, dirty rooms, stale breakfast, expired youghurt, cold water running from the hot water spout, disposable kitchenware, terrible experience.

Your easy typical hotel. Good place to stay when traveling.

Room had a nice bathroom space Breakfast was terrible, food was the worst meal I have ever had wow this very disappointing. You guys served powder eggs, old fruit & everything taste like something that be served to a dog and/or homeless shelter. It's absolutely no way you guys thought this was acceptable, take a moment & taste what your serving! Wil never come back & will tell anyone visiting to not come!

There is not a common area or space to work. The good part is, the roo had a large work area.

The rooms were really nice and clean. I didn't like that the pool was closed, it was under reconstruction and the breakfast was horrible particularly the sausage was undercooked .

Exceptional

I liked the location as it is located near shops, restaurants, and attractions in which I was interested. Didn't like being unaware that I was getting an accessible room. Rooms are/have been refurbished, yet every other area seemed to have been left untouched. Being alone, I did not like being placed in a room at the end of the hall, near the stairway exit. I felt extremely uncomfortable.

Na

Great location. A lot of food options close. The room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were nice!!

The listing says there is a pool. Apparently the pool was removed over a year ago per the front desk staff. It should be removed from the amenity list since this is a huge factor for families with children. We always base our hotel off of a pool for our child. The bathtub was very nasty. It had dirt and some kind of sediment in it. Which the staff had to have seen when they laid the towel and soap on the edge of the tub. When we turned the tub on to try and wash it down it didn’t want to drain.

Superb

Had to stand at the front for a long time waiting to be checked in, after just driven 2 hours to get there, no way! Did not know renovations were going on. I understand but do one section at a time. The ice machine on our floor was torn apart so had to go down a floor to get ice. However; the room we had was very clean, had full fridge, and cooktop, bonus! Wish all hotel rooms were like that.

Clean room. One night stay - very nice!

The mattress on the beds were very uncomfortable , surrounding was noisy . Breakfast could be a lot better. Overall I would come back if they would change those mattress.

Pleasant

It was clean the staff was friendly and helpful The room was a great size and was close to restaurants.

We stayed for one night while moving my daughter to college. It’s located near many shops and restaurants. The hotel was under remodeling hut the room we stayed in was comfortable and sufficient for what we needed.
