Hampton Inn & Suites Concord/Charlotte

The hotel was nice, but it could be better. A cover for the pool would be my suggestion. I had a 1br suite and I could've just just gotten a regular room. The TV in the living area wouldn't turn up to a volume that we could hear without sitting directly infront of the tv and it came up with an error saying hit ok in 30 seconds or it would turn off and even though we hit ok it still turned off and wouldn't turn back on, then they fixed that the next day (they offered to move us which I accepted but they wanted a maintenance person to attempt to fix it.) Then on day 2 after several attempts they volume was working but everytime we turned the TV off when we left the room it did the same thing and the maintenance man came back, left both remotes but it still turned off after the ok button didn't work. Our children ended up in my husband and I's private bedroom (which is also where the only bathroom is). The staff was so friendly and tried to be helpful but we needed a better room and I paid a lot since it was a holiday weekend and the location.

To be an older establishment, it is well kept, comfortable and world stay there again.

The stay was great staff was helpful and friendly. The only issue I had was that breakfast was to be served until 10 and they stopped putting fresh food out at 9. If you come down at 9 for breakfast you only get what’s leftover. Fresh food should be provided until 10.

Everything was great.

The staff were very polite especially Ryan at the front desk was very polite .My check in was quick and easy! The only complaint was the cover on the bed. The top cover had clumps in the inside and very thin.

My stay here was exactly what I needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly Staff ~ Clean Attract Decor~ Great friendly Service from All Staff Members . Only complaint the In room Coffee maker was Not Clean. Coffee available in Lobby. Convenient Location for my Needs~ Will Stay again.

Convince to surrounding area, the 29 Pavilions was 6mins away. The pool was not properly clean.
