WoodSpring Suites Concord-Charlotte Speedway

The staff was great! No complaints.

Easy check-in. Room and bathroom were clean. The biggest issue was another guest had dogs who barked through parts of the stay. Thankfully not from 11-6:30 but outside of that barking. When I checked out someone was mentioning to front desk staff about the barking and I informed as well that it was pretty constant. Not necessarily on the hotel for an owners inability to manage their pets

Never again staying with them again bad experience bad odor had a neighbor with loud music playing until about 3am making it impossible to sleep called the front desk and no luck 3 nights of non rest

The rooms are clean and comfy, the staff is very nice and helpful, pet friendly, 10/10 recommend

It was nice and clean. You have to go down stairs to get a hair dryer. The only thing that wasn’t go the employees had no customer service skills except one.

The check in was easy and staff was nice. The only issue I had was with the room. The floor was sticky, the sink in the kitchenette was stopped up, and on our last night we found a live roach.

The staff was so nice but the room was not nice. The floors were so filthy that my socks were black after walking across it. I also killed 5 roaches in my room!! I will say the bugs looked like they were struggling but they were still there and alive.

The room and hotel itself are good. But you have a kitchen with no basic utensils no forks, spoons, plates, cups, napkins. The bed is to noisy it’s like if it’s on top of a weird metal/aluminum base where everything you move you hear a loud BOOM. Location is great I didn’t leave that strip not once close to speedway concord mall and all dining you could imagine.

Had to cut it short because of roaches

Ice machine didn't work

Superb

It was a place to stay They were both flying all around in the room. We had to evacuate for a fire scare for about an hour.

Poor

The floor in the room was filthy. It was sticky and appeared to have spills and splatters that had not been scrubbed. There was a layer of heavy dust on the lamp shade and the bedside lamp needed a new bulb. The next room was extremely loud, banging on the floor and walls and playing music from 10pm until 3am.

They do allow animals. A poor dog whined all night long (I think it was left alone?) and could be heard through the thin walls

Superb

Second room - screaming children next door Third room - all good Staff (2) was helpful but there from 10am to 8pm. Then no one on duty

The floor was sticky. The remote to the TV wasn’t working correctly. The thermostat worked sometimes. When I told the front desk they had zero solution. Would not recommend to anyone not even one night.

Exceptional

The location was convenient for where we had to go.. The bed was noisy, there was no housekeeping to get garbage which I didn’t know we had to take it out ourselves.. and there was no dishes for the kitchen area..
