Great staff. Really appreciate the free coffee in the morning! Little hard to get in and out of with traffic.

The rooms were clean, and well appointed. Aspects of the room felt dated, you could tell the building had recently been renovated. Shower was spacious, but not what I would have exected to encountered in a hotel stay. We arrived later in the eveving due to having to drive. We were directed up to the hotel restaurant - we were grateful to have a dining solution in the hotel. However... There were 10 people in the restaurant - 5 at the bar, 5 in our party. The staff while overly pleasant- seemed overwhelmed. Took forever to get out drinks, and they were poorly made. Food arrived after a long wait, portion size was fairly small.

My only complaint is there is a good amount of noise from cars as the hotel is situated on the main road through the town. Also, if you’re driving a car and need to turn left onto the main road, it can be tricky due to the traffic traveling on the road in both directions and there’s no side exit from the parking lot onto a street with a stoplight or stop sign. Overall though it’s a nice place and I’ll use it again when I return.

Clean room The young man on the night shift needs to be more professional. My child got sick on the pool deck and the pool, I immediately let this young man know and he said "that's nice, what is your room number". Didn't ask how my child was or thank me for letting him know. He just insinuated that I would be charged for the cleaning of the pool. I did correct him regarding how unprofessional he was.

The staff, the food and the location were superb. The shower was filthy and our bed literally sunk in the middle. For the price of my stay I’m pretty bummed out. Also very disappointed that we could not use the smart tv for streaming. I spent almost an hour trying to figure that out. Considering the room was nearly $400 for 2 days I would choose another option next time.

Nothing Mice in the walls. Very loud. Outside noises, restaurant above our room with chairs being moved on the floor, shower dripped water on to metal in the floor of the shower which created more noise.

This place was great! The hotel has no bugs clean rooms place to eating right beside the to hotel and on-site. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a pool it was nice and very clean. No free breakfast for the price.

Front desk staff is amazing- courteous and super welcoming! This is always our go to stay in Cookeville- and we can’t forget about the bar and food it’s wonderful!
