Holiday Inn Cookeville by IHG

Roof top restaurant

Check in time of 3 was not met due to allowing college football team to check out late that delayed guest check in for couple hours

Beautiful And Very Clean, Friendly Staff

Looked like it was a new hotel. Everything was very clean, rooms were comfortable and the staff very friendly.

Quinton was great, wonderful stay!

Loved that they had their own restaurant so we didn’t have to go back out after traveling that day! All staff was very friendly!

Everything was so clean and the staff very friendly. We especially liked having a restaurant on site.

Thean hotel is clean and comfortable. My complaint is that they do not provide a complimentary breakfast. Breakfast for 2 at their restaurant is $26. There are better alternatives in Cookeville.

I arrived at 6:30 pm with confirmation and to pay at the property and they had cancelled my room! We had driven 6 and a half hours and had to look for another place to stay. Frustrated and exhausted, we began calling nearby hotels, hoping to find a last-minute vacancy. Each place we contacted seemed fully booked, leaving us increasingly anxious about where we would spend the night. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, we found a small inn that had one room left, but it was significantly more expensive than our original booking. Relieved yet still irritated, we accepted the room, knowing we had no other choice but to make the best of the situation.
