Not the best hotel I’ve stayed at. I could hear my neighbors water running and people in the hallway. My bathroom was dusty and matrices made my back hurt in the morning.

Standard place of stay all right if you’re looking to just drop off bags and not gonna be there all day long. The door was jammed and wouldn’t close completely. Unless you slammed it at midnight we had to ask staff member to come up and open our room because our keys wouldn’t open. The carpet felt sticky so I would wear sandals the ceilings. Need a little scrubbing. There were dirty towels on the counter when we went to check in outside grass needed to be cut and the sign needs to be updated. The entire place just needs a little facelift and it would compete well with The hotel across the street.

Shower head was awful, room smelled like cigerettes. Bathroom had 3 lights in it and one was working. Was practically dark in the shower.

Great location. I had to pay another $100 deposit when I arrived after paying for the hotel online!

Only had to spend one night.

Very poorly maintained hotel. Damp room, old towels, stained tub/showed, shower ceiling tiles missing, sink drained slow.

None of them are impressive due pool closed early, no jacuzzi tub? Microwave isn’t working, and large amount of deposit is crazy work

I’ve stayed in this hotel many of times and this was the worst experience I’ve had here.

Room smelled really bad smelled like moldy musty water, bath tub had a lot of rust in it, missing a ceiling tile in bathroom.

Anyone could have gone in there. It doesn’t seem right. The amenities in the room were cheap. The soap and shampoo both have an odd smell. Overall this place seems more like a motel 6.

Was greeted by a very nice gentleman. The room felt muggy. Needs some updating and paint. We did not have any soap in the shower or by the sink to wash our hands. We went to a concert that night and got back around midnight. Not only did a different young man not acknowledge us when we walked in, he looked very annoyed that we attempted pleasantries with him as we walked by. He did not say a word to us. Only looked bothered. The next morning we realized there were no coffee cups in the room.

In a good location, a lot of parking I had gotten a two bedroom room and I had to get a single bed with a pullout couch

Everything was broke! The elevator, the doors key identifier, the hot water dispenser! The pool was cloudy, spa was non-existentant, 2 towels available at poolside. Pretty sure people lived there?!

Helpful front desk. In the past I've had issues booking with 3rd party apps but using Hotels.com has been easy easy. I've stayed at this location numerous times and it is a good value.

The ac was the best part of this experience. Garbages overflowing all over the property, no elevator, broken lights outside the hotel, and paid cash but had to give exact change and on the receipt was no proof of the cash payment. Vending machines didn’t work. People just threw their garbage from their rooms outside in the hallways. Waaaaayyyyy over priced for what you get. Terrible experience.

We were traveling with our family and kids and had an awful experience at this hotel. As soon as we entered our room, we noticed a strong mildew smell. The room was filthy and looked nothing like the photos online. The bathtub had large yellow stains around the drain, shower head, and fixtures. The tub spout was covered in mold and stains, ceiling tiles above the shower were missing, and the door lock was loose and would not properly lock. The trim around the floor was rotten and appeared to have water damage. Our reservation was for two nights, but after seeing the condition of the room, we immediately tried to get a full refund. The front desk employee told us he could not help and that we would have to wait 3–4 days to speak with the manager. That is unacceptable when guests are dealing with serious cleanliness and safety concerns. To make matters worse, another family member staying at the hotel had a broken air conditioning unit during a stretch of 90+ degree weather, making the room extremely uncomfortable. We paid for two nights but only stayed one because we did not feel comfortable keeping our family there any longer. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Save your money and stay somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE! ALSO- EXPEDIA was NO HELP EITHER!! DO BETTER!!
