Our first room was filthy, trash behind bed and all. The air did not work. When asked to be moved to a room with air they did.. which was a plus but then eneded up getting double charged for the room. Still fighting to get refunded for one of the charges.

My family & I came into town for the July 4th Savannah Bananas game knowing lodging would be hard to come by as it was a busy weekend for the city. We knew going in this wasn't a 5-star hotel but based off pictures it seemed like it would work for the family for 1 night. Upon check in we loaded a cart with our luggage, & my wife & kids took the stairs to the second floor while I pushed the cart to the elevator. The elevator went weird on me & took me to the top floor, back to the first floor, before finally going to the second floor...only for the door to not open for the longest 15-20 seconds of my life. I noticed the inspection certificate said the last time the elevator was looked at was 2022, but it's possible a new one just hasn't been printed. When I met my family in the room I noticed a disgusted look on my wife's face, and she pointed to our room that looked like AT BEST it was tidied and left for us. The floor hadn't been vacuumed, the wall by the kitchen area had food splattered on the wall, the bedding had hair on it, and the bathroom had multiple bugs. Being in a hurry for our baseball game, we left for Kinnick but decided while we were gone that we couldn't let our kids sleep there (we brought an air mattress for our two older kids, and with the floor being gross...no thanks). We checked out that evening after getting back at 12:30 am and drove an hour in a half back home because the room was disgusting. If I wasn't so exhausted I would have demanded a refund.

Room smelled like fish. Breakfast was typical but good

Only the lady in reception helped - the door lock was broken to our rm, and one guy showed us how to “fix it”, didn’t feel safe leaving my dog or staying there. Hotel was dark and dinghy, rm was musty and rm was hot. Walls were banged up, furniture in bad shape. We stayed 90 minutes and insisted a refund. No one represented the hotel in their personal clothes and sweating, no Air in reception area. Hot tub was covered. Hallways were dark and not well lit. Pics of this property do not represent it well, worse in person.

Bed sheets were stained, pullout couch was broken, mattress on couch had blood stain, garbage was full, used washcloth in bathtub, smoke detector not mounted to wall, room 202 needs work

The Hottub is no longer operating (it’s boarded off). The Pool hours were changed from 7am to 10am - which leaves very little time to swim before checkout. Rooms in need of repairs and there seems to be a staff shortage as multiple rooms weren’t clean/ready until after 4:30pm when checkin was supposed to be 3:00pm. Advertised photos and descriptions do not match current rooms and amenities.

The toilet in our room didn't fill with water. I asked the desk about it. He said just take off the lid and wiggle the valve. I feel like having a correctly working toilet is really a bare minimum you should be able to expect.

The staff was unfriendly, the rooms were just gross. The lamp shades were torn. There was holes in the walls

Our closet had mold in it. The bathroom toilet moved back & fourth when you sat down on it. Our towels had someone else's hair still on them. The shower had soap scum still on the walls. The sign says the pool is open from 7am-10pm but they wouldn't open the pool until 10am. The dining area wasn't cleaned very well either.

Check in was ok. The lady was newer so I understand it taking a little longer and she was pleasant and helpful. Our door handle didn’t work properly but you just had to pull up instead of down and it didn’t close all the way without you pushing it closed. The bathroom floor was dirty and there was a stain on the top bedspread. I think that’s just gross and I know I’m not the only one. The pool was fine but the hot tub was boarded over. Overall, we won’t stay there again.

No hot tub, fridge in room didnt work upon arrival, did get it working eventually, guessing not much maintenance and upkeep.

Window ac. Lobby was very warm. It was ok.

The first room I was put in was filthy. The second room had a toilet that did not flush. The hallways were filthy. There was even dog poop next to the elevator. I hope it was dog poop, anyway. Anyone I encountered that worked there was very kind, but they were horribly understaffed. One person at the desk and lots of check in for graduation weekend, plus he had to fix my toilet later. So sad for the people working there. Ridiculous price for a dirty stay. Will not stay there again

Well they gave me a refrigerator that you couldn’t put hardly anything in and whatever you put in it froze solid And then they tell me they can’t get one till next week

I reserved the room for a friend who was experiencing a lot of hardship due to their roof being severely damaged during a recent storm. I choose pay at the property and sent the money to the person so he could pay and have his cc on file for any incidentals. They canceled the room because they tried to charge my card before the stay and I declined the charge because I had already sent the money for the person who was going to check in. When they got there, the hotel was all booked up and I had to find them another place to stay last minute.

Location Coffee was Terrible

Not only enjoyed a delicious free breakfast, but their free dinner option was a free supper , which I had never experienced before.

We were disappointed had no top sheet in our bed. At arrival room key didn't unlock door unless you push pull door to get it to open. Breakfast had no creamer for coffee.fee was to high for level of this hotel. Give a low rating no plans to ever return to this location. Drive more to a better hotel. Breakfast was mini muffins. Not much to enjoy for breakfast. Look else where. For a stay.
