Best Western Plus Suites Hotel Coronado Island

Good luck finding a better deal in Coronado. Is this the Hotel Del Coronado or Glorietta Bay Inn? No, but the staff was great. From the front desk to the cleaning crew. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms were fine. Only complaint I’d have that is very minor is the breakfast area is tiny so there isn’t much space to sit and eat. But that didn’t come close to ruining the trip. 5/5 would stay here again

The breakfast had a different main entree every day and the eggs seemed freshly made rather than prepackaged like a lot of hotel eggs. There was so much variety of breakfast items you could fuel up until an early dinner.

Good size room with comfortable beds. The layout of the room was interesting because the bathroom door hit one of the beds—bath area could have been better. The parking in the garage was tight. The overall stay was great! I would come stay again because it’s in a great location near the ferry landing. Fun atmosphere!

Great hotel. Nice staff comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. The pool is a bit small, but there is still a pool and Jacuzzi.

From the front desk staff to the grounds keepers, and everyone else who works at the Coronado location, we ALWAYS have a pleasant vacation because of the care that they put into the guest. We have chosen this hotel/suites internationally. Thank you for ALWAYS making our Anniversary stay the best!😇

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the bay to shop eat and ride the ferry to Comic Con. Breakfast offered a lot of choices. The pool was small but it was big enough to allow the kids to play. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion would be to replace the sofa beds. The bed wasn’t very sturdy even for our 11 year old.

Hotel is in a very nice location. In fact the location doesn’t even fit the decorum and the look of the hotel. The hotel is dated and badly in need of a facelift couch has stains and was old. Looked as if it had been there for at least 15+ years bed was old and uncomfortable the carpet was dark somewhat dirty. Breakfast wasn’t the best either powdered eggs. Really didn’t taste all that great. The staff was wonderful however they were able to accommodate if I did ask for towels or an event where I lost my room key they were able to get me a new room, key, fast and easy but overall the hotel was not as nice as the area was in, and I was really not expecting that for as much money, I was invested in the stay. I’ve stayed in a lot nicer rooms for that same money I think best Western plus can do a lot better and put a better foot forward. One morning we found a dead spider in the bathroom sink not sure where he came from. Also, there was roofing work going on the entire weekend so trying to sleep in wasn’t possible.

The room were were clean and in good condition. The restroom was small . But overall it was a great place in a good location

I have stayed at this location before and it is always clean and quiet.

Stay was nice and as expected. We loved the walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Weather was amazing. The hotel was very nice, staff very friendly and helpful.

This place was such a sweet surprise! Yes it’s older and could certainly use some updating but it was very clean (kudos to the cleaning team) and the breakfast every morning was plentiful and great (especially for the kids). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location works out well for Bay walks. The whole experience was really enjoyable.

Comfy beds, good breakfast, closer to downtown versus beach.

Great hotel in great location on Coronado Island! Walking distance from where I needed to go and some good restaurants.
