The people at the hotel are very friendly and welcoming!

The staff was amazing and helpful from check in to check out. My teens loved the free bikes and used them to travel the island. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and getting to the ferry to go downtown or go to the restaurants near the beach were easy walks. Definitely recommend!

The one complaint I have was the location of the swamp cooler air conditioner which was located in alcove by bathroom and dressing area. I ended up turning it off and using the portable fan so I didn’t have the cold air blasting on me. It would have been nice to open the window for fresh air but the room was located in covered area so didn’t get much breeze or natural light.

Clean rooms, staff was always so helpful, there is a little breakfast restaurant in the front, and the parking is limited but doable.

The attached bistro serves excellent breakfasts and brunches that are actually cooked to order but does not offer dinners. Just one caution. Half of the rooms are on the second floor but there is no elevator. If you have a problem with stairs, you should let the hotel know when booking.

Great place to stay

Beautiful Spanish architecture. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and great water pressure in the shower. The pool is small but adequate. The parking can be challenging. There are a few spots on the street, a few spots in the hotel courtyard and a few spots behind the hotel. We had no trouble finding a spot but there were times we got the last space. The staff was excellent and friendly. The attached bistro is a gem for breakfast and lunch and appeared to be a local favorite as well. Very confortable with restaurants and shopping in either direction within a few minutes drive.

Clean room, excellent shower, good bed & linens. Super-pet-friendly. Excellent breakfast/lunch restaurant on site. Pool is small, but what do you expect from a property with about 30 rooms.
