Coronado Inn

Nice older hotel, conveniently located near the bay front. Easy walk to restaurants and a market very near. Coffee provided in the office. Bed was comfortable and the ac masked street noise. Parking option was not available but I found street parking close by so not a problem.

The location was great and it is a nice place for the price, but when we arrived we were supposed to be put in room 7 then they moved us to 9 because it wasn’t ready. My husband who is 6’7 asked if it was a better room and the girl said yes. It was not better at all. That room is for a single traveler. No night stands on either side of the bed and my husband has a C-pap machine.

This was a great place to stay! I stayed here for San Diego comic con with my son, and we took the ferry to the convention center. Ferry landing was maybe like a ten minute walk. It was perfect! Thank you! I’m going to be staying here next year as well :)

I was only there two nights. But they diid not clean the room or remake the bed after the first night

We loved this property! It’s for sure a little hidden gem on Coronado! Perfectly located, very accommodating staff and very well-priced compared to other properties on the island. Free bikes to get around was wonderful! Will stay again when we return!

The rooms were nice and clean, but fairly small no door separating the sink and the bedroom

First time stay. Charming place and great location for the value. Pet friendly with small dog area, poop bags and trash can available. Clean outdoor pool. Very friendly staff. Will stay again.

This was the worst place ever! So diary webs all over the room no parking hairs all over our room webs the worst ever!!!! Staff is rude not even welcoming! Never again

Great location! The room was clean and spacious! I park the car infront of the room! Only complaint, plenty of noise from the street.

On the positive side, the hotel is centrally located along the main road, making it easily accessible to beachfront areas and the bridge over to downtown San Diego. It was also somewhat decently priced compared to other options in the area during a major event, and the reception staff were kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the room itself left a lot to be desired. It was very noisy in the mornings, and the lack of proper curtains meant outside lights shone right in all night. The room was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable, and flies and other bugs were everywhere. To make matters worse, both the air conditioner and fan stopped working within 30 minutes of our stay, and we received no housekeeping at all during our time there. We got what we paid for given the lower price point during peak Comic-Con dates, but we will definitely not stay here again. Next time, it’s much better to pay more at a higher-end hotel for a clean, comfortable, and restful experience.

The pool area needs to be updated and outdoor furniture. The parking is horrible if they offer parking space every room should have at least one parking space. I had no parking space until I asked the second day I was given a parking space across the street from the hotel.

The staff at the property were amazing! Great location and great value for the price!

When arrived the photos online are not like the hotel. The buildings are white and not yellow. The bikes were not like the photos- I will attach. Rooms were not serviced. They reported that they only clean them every 3 days- the receptionist asked if it was okay to have our room cleaned on the third day. She told me that it would be after 10. Our room was never cleaned. The location was far from everything. The seal on our door was not sealed all the way. Didn’t have any creamer. No cash back for a $20 when bought beverages and had to use card which then was a service fee. Beds were okay. Pool was dirty.

It was a very cute and fairly quiet Inn, and walking distance from Restaurants.
