Everything! Nothing!

I like how close it was to the beach I didn't like that the room was not ready when we checked in I didn't like that some areas were dirty I didn't like the fact that the TV didn't work I didn't like the fact that the light switches made crackling noises and the lights flickered on and off I felt that it was a fire hazard for me and my family

the condo is nice. it’s very quiet. the pool was clean and very refreshing. when we got to the room there was a Maintenance man in the condo. I punched in the code and opened the door and the man was sitting there. scared the daylights out of me. he said he was there to put in a new lock. he left without putting in the lock. we were going to dinner and could not get the door to lock. the key code didn’t work. I had to text a few different numbers before I got someone to answer my issue and they sent me a new code which I was able to use to get into and out of the condo.I was pretty frustrated with the key issue. the second issue is the parking. it was quite a ways away from the condo and didn’t seem to have any security. I was afraid my vehicle would be broken into at night. the parking lot needs some lights and even security cameras would be nice.

nice area, pretty suite and pool. Easy check-in/check-out! coffee machine did not work. Futon mattress was damaged and with yellow marks. Washer didn’t work ( has no water)

Location was good. Pool is nice. Area is peaceful and quiet. Water in the tub was slow to drain. In one of the restrooms upstairs the tank of the toilet was constantly filling up on its own.

The house had a lot of space. Great for a family! Plenty of bedding, towels, and space. The TV had 4 remotes so it was confusing which to use and the instructions for parking weren't clear. We didn't know we had a dedicated spot until the last day we were there.

Close to the areas we wanted to go. The room had all the amenities you could use. Quiet and peaceful. Nice swimming pool. We were under the impression this unit was one queen bed, instead it was two full size beds, wife and I had difficulty sleeping. to far of a walk from parking lot to condo unit at least 45 yds Electronic entry lock was at best difficult to open and close

Property was as advertised. sofa bed was a little uncomfortable.
-
love the set up and parking was great The counters and floors weren’t very clean
-
It was nice and clean

The location was perfect. I did not receive the instructions on how I go about getting into the condo after hours. The bathrooms were not properly clean there was hair in the sinks and shower. We had to clean out the showers and sink. Overall I would visit again just had a few minor issues.

Perfect size for my family. Super close to the beach. The coozies were a nice touch.
-
The pool was super close, the house was laid out very well. Parking was a mess, too small and the windows are thin right next to your neighbors car. The people in the house across the street had VERY loud vehicles.

All good but the parking All good but the parking

The pool and close to everything

Proximity to everything (the beach!) is excellent. Was very clean, quiet, bigger than we expected, also liked having a private garage and washer/dryer. The cleaning fee of $135 is outrageous. There’s limited furnishings, it’s mostly tile and only two bedrooms. I’ve paid less than that for a biweekly maid service on a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house. The “property tax” is also ridiculously high. These fees plus the rental fee add an add an ADDITIONAL $400 to your stay. That, and you have to check out at 10am?! Because of Covid cleanings?? Check out should be noon, like every other hotel and rental everywhere. I shouldn’t have to check out EARLIER for you to get a cleaning crew in sooner to clean. If that’s the case, then the cleaning fee should be much cheaper or the rate discounted. Most people stay the weekend and are out by Sunday. No one is in a rush to rent on Sundays. Guests shouldn’t be rushed out after paying almost $1,000 for 1 less than half day since you can’t check in until 4 on Friday, 1 full day on Saturday, and barely a morning on Sunday. That’s barely 42 hours. Not even two full days.
