Close to everything Floor room was dirty (got black feet off the floor)

The staff wasn’t very friendly as the former staffers before.

This is a noisy hotel right next to the 405. Room was clean but toilet was full and not from me. Worse, toilet plungers were stuck and water was turned off. Very manual process to flush. None of the ice makers worked. Staff was nice but I did get grilled about my job when checking in.

We were given a key to a room that was occupied already. The clerk gave us an updated room, nothing to be excited and WiFi was not listed on their keypack and for us Seniors to go back to the lobby again to ask for it is work for us. Seems very not organized. Toilet papers are useless… they need to provide better toilet papers.

Check in was a bit of an issue. Outside of that great stay.

I wouldn’t recommend booking here. Phone online is not the correct phone number for lobby. Staff members in front lobby were not able to speak fluent English and was not helpful with rebooking. The staff members were rude and very disrespectful in the way the were talking and not being supportive with booking. They were both talking in different language in front of me and were not polite with helping booking.I had a reservation for two nights. After that situation I would never want stay at their hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else where they take you serious and are helpful.

I was very surprised to find that the hotel and room looked nothing like the images on the website; furniture and fixtures were very old; the room was dark with old & discolored paint, scratched up flooring, and worn curtains and bedding. The poor quality of the hotel and the room made me feel less safe. I would not have selected this hotel if I had seen accurate photos of the hotel and the rooms on offer. Staff was also not very friendly. was not a very good experience all round.

Very bad smell in the room old blankets and sheets of bed bathtub is stinky bad spots overall it's very bad room I requested many times the staff to change my room but they were not helpful

This has been my worst experience at a hotel! Starting off by staff, cleanliness, work orders and breakfast. Do not stay here!!

Clean bathroom blinds and room the smell in general and if you looking for breakfast here not worth it it’s just juice from machine and waffles and prepackaged break days old and had one towel in ours just for cleaning hands what about the towels for showering

Night staff was good and welcoming. Room, linens, bathroom, bed were clean. Easy access Plenty of parking Negatives: Morning staff seemed rude, I was denied basic tap water to fill my water bottle and was asked to purchase it from the vending machine instead. The listing says coffee maker, but the room was missing the coffee maker, coffee and sugar sachets in the room. The breakfast area closes at 9 am, so after that no access to coffee. Iron was missing. Microwave in the breakfast area was broken. Although expected the place has the lowest quality breakfast (Svenhard's )

The location was fantastic! The rooms had visible roaches in the room, animal urine and feces along the floorboards… and one of our 2 rooms could only be entered using the staffs master key, had little electricity, and was missing the latch for the security on the door! And the man who initially checked us in was quite dismissive.

ny room faced the pool area, noise.... The bed had some stains.

The stairs smell like urine, a lot of water is wasted in the toilet bowl, it leaks all day because the seal isn't good

Bathroom was dirty like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks, walls were disgusting throughout the room and even worse by the door and bathroom. Almost none of the lights worked in the room. Had to get new keys each day and I was told "oh ya the keys are only good for 1 day". I also booked an additional room for my brother and his room was completely updated & what you would expect from a La Quinta inn mind my room at the same hotel which was more expensive was what i would expect from a Motel 6. Lesson learned when I go to Costa Mesa several times a year for events at the OC fairgrounds I will take my business elsewhere.
