You overcharged me for the room and although we checked in late you had the courtesy of calling to let me know it was check out so we immediately checked out but yet somehow he double billed me and I'll be disputing it with my credit card

room smelled like cigarettes, towels didn’t smell clean, found a dead cockroack on the first morning and second day there was no housekeeping done therefore no fresh towels, fridge and toilet made noise all night, the bed was so stiff ive had better rest sleeping on the floor, and overall i didnt feel safe being there

location There is a strong smell of mold in the room. Bed blanket looks never washed. Carpet also looks very dirty. Faucets, vanity top, fixtures all look very old.

Location Ac in room bairly blew cold air. Room smelled like mildew. Very poor maintenance in rooms but should have expected that because of price.

Next to 405 freeway Bad smelling room and cockroaches, and My key card got deactivated once.

But I love the guys at the front desk, they bring the light to this hotel and its super refreshing. Maybe an upgrade on the breakfast in the morning ? Or id suggest a different word / replace the word breakfast, (because there were 4x items) Other than that I will be back !

Yes, no hot water. Thermostat was broken and AC did not work. Mold in bathroom. Burns on the bed cover.

I don’t think the walls have ever seen a cleaning rag, nor the base boards. The doors and knobs have never been cleaned. They were filthy. The shower struggled draining and the tub would fill up with water as you showered. The sink struggling with draining as well. Mold in the bathroom. The beds had sand in the sheets when we had not been to the beach. There was a dead bug in one of the beds. We got a non smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a bed to sleep in but will definitely never stay here again, especially with kids.

The hotel is old and run down. The outside and pool is nice.

Parking lot is shared with In-N-Out Burger...made it difficult to get into the lot. Basic plugs in the room - no USB adapter. Overall, a 1-night stay was worth the price. Any longer stay would not have been.

Aarjan at night was great and the gentleman in the morning was amazing. They both seriously helped me out and they really made my stay feel welcomed. Hotel was easy to access and fun

The rooms had a bad smell. Breakfeast is just a few snacks ( little muffins, apple, and oranges) milk, coffe, juice, and cereal located at the front office. Bad place to stay.

Nothing Dirty, clean the back of the front door, clean the baseboards the floor is peeling up can I take a few days with a few guys to paint the room and put new flooring in spend some money to upgrade your rooms don’t be cheap I need a piece of wood and somebody’s foot or trip. Wouldn’t be very nice. I checked out early too. I have one day back to check out Monday. I left Sunday night.

The staff was friendly. Cash Only was great for me.
