Clean room. Helpful front desk but the floors either didn’t get dusted in my room or their floors have a ton of dust and sand on them so I would not walk barefooted. Bed isn’t too comfy either but you pay for what you get. The Air conditioner does run cold thankfully.

I book a room here and a lady named Linda canceled my room due to over booking and didn’t let me know

If I could give zero stars I would. The room was very dirty and the a/c unit barely blew cold however it’s a step up from a park bench in Oakland. I give them that.

You get what you pay for, the floors are messed up and it smells like smoke/weed outside.

Easy access to everything. Comfy bed, nice large light up mirror. I did happen to see 2 small black spiders in bathroom up under black rubber trim on wall. I checked out with a live kiosk person (or maybe AI) and that was a first for me and I couldn’t be see on the machine were to return the key (room card) so left on desk.

The evening staff was good. It wasn't her fault the guy at the desk in the morning gave my reservation to someone else. My reservation was given to someone else. So our room was unavailable on a busy holiday weekend. We ended up with a trashy handicap room on the back side of the first floor. Cockroaches.

Our brief 2 day stay was fine. Everything in the room was clean and worked including the AC, bathroom, bed, etc. Nothing fancy but we only needed a functional place to stay. Was conveniently located next to the 405 and various fast food options. Allowed pets was another key reason we selected.

The room was full of bugs and we didn't feel safe staying here, so we found another hotel and cancelled our stay here.

The room looked great it the recent remodel however the beds were HORRIBLE and the bed frame is super loud metal everytime you move it’s very loud.Room wasn’t very clean and the icing on the cake was when we came back to the Hotel after spending all day in Laguna my daughter went into the room and turned the lights on and there was Cockroaches running around. Absolutely disgusting. Guess I should have checked reviews prior to booking this stay. Also You guys at hotels dot com really don’t do a good job for keeping this place available through your app. Go read this places Google reviews. HORRIBLE! This place shouldn’t even be an option on your app. The Vagabond in across the street shouldn’t either because that place was infested with cockroaches.
