Stayed the weekend here for my birthday. Solo female. Felt very safe in the environment and coming in and out of the hotel.

After returning at midnight from a concert our room was 75 degrees. The AC was broken. I called the front staff and they immediately arranged to switch our room. It was frustrating to pack up again at midnight and move but they didn’t hesitate to get us in a room with working AC. Breakfast room service was so friendly with ordering. So fast. Delicious and fresh. Overall, hotel was clean, nice, guest services go above and beyond. Dinner service needs help.

The staff was great very helpful and friendly Breakfast was okay due to me not eating pork they didn't have an alternative at the time the room was nice and spacious I had the balcony room the river view was beautiful would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone
