Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati-Covington

Bed was comfortable I had plenty of clean towels View was decent After a very long day and night of traveling I had no hot water on day 1. Then took 20 mins to get hot on day 2 and 3. Coffee pot was broken so was unable to make coffee in my room. I ordered dinner from the restaurant in the hotel and it was literally inedible. I went to bed hungry because I also bought a bag of chips from their little mart but couldn't eat those either, they tasted funny and I looked and they were expired. It was so late and I had to get up so early that I couldn't get that situation rectified. On day 2 No conditioner in bottle in the shower but I had already shampooed before realizing.

The room was clean, the staff were professional and helpful. One young man was the best: Von. He gave me a cup of coffee, and did it with a big smile on his face!! Great guy! You all need more employees like Von!! Perfect! He deserves a raise!! Yes!!!

Convenience to our daughter. No pool. No free breakfast.

The hotel took us in last minute that night. The hotel was clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

Enjoyed this hotel. Near the ballpark, and several places to eat. Room was comfortable. Would stay again.

Very nice property

Lousy location. Old property. Wouldn’t want to walk around.

Elevators were god awful slow, and the price for a coffee in the lobby is crazy other then that it’s what you expect from a hotel in the price range

Streets were sketchy at night, lots of noise from surrounding events in the area.

At 5 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon after a football game, no staff at the bar, no place to get anything to drink or eat.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious. Onsite parking is in an attached garage for $8 a day which isn't bad. Overall, I would stay again.

Pretty normal hotel overall, no major complaints. Only issue was nobody told us the doors lock after 11 PM and you need your room key to get back inside. Would’ve been nice to know that at check-in.

Clean hotel and room, although the room was a bit outdated and had a slight unidentifiable odor. The staff was friendly. Good location to the riverfront for both the Kentucky and Ohio sides. I would stay here again if traveling to the area.

Only 1 of 2 elevators worked and we were on top floor. Big rooms and lots of quick serve restaurants in walking distance
