Good location in Covington KY

The toilet don’t flash at all

My bed was lumpy and not comfortable, the room was dusty, covering was missing on light fixtures, plugs didn't work. I requested a microwave for the room, and it was also dusty and dirty on the outside

Staff was helpful, parking on sight, I was able to run early morning! Breakfast was good

The picture when we booked the rooms were beautiful. When we arrived the bed was like sleeping on concrete. We had popcorn in our room that we didn't have. We was so upset about the stay we left at 3:30 in the morning. We had to sleep on a sofa because the bed was so bad.

Very clean, comfortable and within walking distance to so many places. Will book again

Hotel is great, only small thing is I wish the AC was colder but not a big deal at all since I like it below 68. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay

Good location, good parking option, the breakfast has to be mentioned before hand otherwise they don't prepare it.

Sink clogged, shower broken, hotel needs a remodel. Carpet and furniture was stained but looked clean.

Staff was not helpful and rude

The hotel itself was clean. The issue was we were not told about the $100 pet fee. This should be listed upfront and was not. This explains why we did not see any other dogs.

We moved to another hotel.

Everything was great

Smelled good was clean. The parking garage was difficult to pull into with Ford F150 Supercab, too narrow and not enough room to make the turn into the entrance.

While Shirley at the front desk was professional and accommodating, this property is in need of serious updating. They also appeared to have a fruit fly issue… An elevator in the hotel and an elevator in the parking structure were out of order. I think these accommodations were embarrassing for a wedding party that had perhaps encouraged guests to stay, perhaps remembering it as a younger, better maintained property prior?

Very expensive for a pretty small room, they made us pay an extra $20 for parking when we already paid $315 for everything (which it said everything was included) went to get food and they close at 10 and also expensive food. We were going to buy toothbrushes as a couple was leaving and they mentioned that they went to go stay in their room and there was people stuff all over so the staff gave them a room already occupied 99% that was our room. Which is ridiculous. Also the parking garage was so low that it scratch my boyfriend truck completely up and we could barely get in and out

The hotel is designed for corporate guest. Average Joe and Jane is not going to pay the fees they charge for bottle water or food.
