Radisson Hotel Cincinnati Riverfront

Very good

Check in was supposed to be 4:00 pm. We were told numerous times to check back in 30 minutes. We finally had to go to our scheduled event and was not able to check in until after 10:00 pm. The neighborhood was real scetchy. We come to Cincinnati often but will not be returning here. Definitely not worth the money. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Paid for a city view this time, and it was definitely worth it!! This hotel always comes through!

Our reservation was cancelled by this hotel one week out from our reservation that we had booked months in advance. This was due to them “over booking” the hotel, but then cancelling caused us to find another hotel last minute for 3x the price we had originally paid. Would highly recommend checking with the hotel directly before booking here to be sure your reservation and price will be honored after months of planning.

Absolute dump! The floor in our room was disgustingly sticky! Everything was shady… quite sure it is used a brothel… just judging from the mess that was dropped off when we were checking in!

The view. The room was not clean Stains on both the beds. Dusty room, bad smell We left the night we got there because I refused to sleep in those conditions. Paid almost 400 plus parking only to stay a few hours. Hotel wouldn't accommodate me for leaving the hotel after I was supposed to stay all weekend.

My room was dirty. Had Trim coming off of the walls. Stains on the sheets. Walked into my room and it was 77 degrees. I do not recommend the Radisson if you are looking for some place nice or upscale. The staff did accommodate another room that was cleaner and more put together however it is not as nice as the pictures show. Needless to say, I will never stay at another Radisson hotel again.

Some issues are not the hotel's fault: namely that the area has been heavily built up. The property is surrounded by the interstate highway so there is a lot of traffic noise at all hours. The property is also somewhat old, which I cannot fault them for either. However, the carpet was dirty, the bedsheets had holes, and there were roaches coming from the bathtub drain. I CAN fault them for that. The on-site breakfast is also expensive and poor quality.

It was a blessing because when we pulled up, it was janky. Very run down

The view from my room from the balcony was beautiful. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Some of the property needs some repair but all in all I enjoyed my stay ending with a fantastic meal in the restaurant 18.

Bathroom had a bad smell to it also why you have to pay for parking if you stayin there. Radssion falling off

Outlets by the bed didn't work toilet ran all night loud.

Road construction going on. Certainly not the fault of the hote!.

Bathroom area sucked still old-fashioned with a bath tub instead of a walk-in shower needs to be upgraded
