The Staff was stellar and super responsive to my requests! Shay, who checked me in gave me a city view room for my 60th Birthday! Thank you, Shay!
-
We enjoyed our visit here very much from the city view from. Our room to the amazing 360 view from the top restaurant. We will definitely be returning.

Everything here is old, the bed is hard. The employees are rude and there was no breakfast. They dont have any coffee available for the guest!

I have reserved two and requested that they be next to each other never happened
-
No the balcony did not and the food was good

The elevator was also unreliable and wasn’t working properly at times, which was an added inconvenience. To top it off, my husband’s allergies became so severe while we were there that we ended up checking out early. Since then, I’ve left several messages for the hotel manager, but none of my calls have been returned. The lack of customer service has been just as disappointing as the condition of the room. Overall, the room was not clean or properly maintained, and the hotel’s response to these issues has been unacceptable. We expected a much better experience and will not be returning.

The hotel needs some upgrades. It was just ok.
-
Beware that the incidental deposit will actually be charged in full before they refund back the amount minus a $10 per vehicle mandatory parking fee that was not otherwise disclosed prior to check in.

The place had a distinct smell to it, everything was dirty, even the walls. The room smelled musty and like feet at the same time. It looks much nicer in the photos than in person. Would not recommend.

The hotel was not as up to date as I expected. There were issues with my room in regards to plumbing. The receptionist was very accommodating with the issue which made things better.

7-18-2026 I arrived at 4pm for my check in, I booked two rooms and the man working the front desk was rude and very impatient. He was very short and I had a long drive and when he just asked am I paying with cash or card with no explanation of what I was paying for I was confused and said it should have already been paid for he then rolled his eyes and sighed directly in front of me and said very short and rudely that it was the incident fee. I also witnessed him be rude to other guests trying to check in as well and only one of my rooms was ready. I booked a room with a king sized bed and the description said it had a couch, no couch. I asked to switch rooms with the other people in my party and I had a headache the entire night because my room reeked of cigarettes and they just put fresh paint on the door. The toilet was very loud and the fixtures on the shower were loose. The room with the kind sized bed had linoleum hard wood and the second room had dingy run down carpet that had definitely seen better days. If you get a room by the interstate you can also forget about a quiet night because all you hear are the motorcycles and 18 wheelers going down the highway or the bikes and cars with modified mufflers at the light next to the hotel or the gas station next door. Will not be returning, should have just spent the extra 100 dollars and would have had better experience at a holiday in express in Newport and had a free breakfast

The place smelled awful. Get up to my floor and the entire hallway smelled like weed. Was absolutely disgusting. The only saving grace was when we walked into our room it actually smelled clean. Could smell some of the cleaning products. If it weren’t for the room being nice this would be a complete 1 star. Only complaint about the room that I have are the outlets don’t hardly hold plugs in. Super loose and wouldn’t charge my phone. And second the pillows. Little square throw pillows should not be what’s on a king size bed. Couldn’t sleep worth a crap. Again the room was at least clean. Everything else left a whole lot to be desired. For having such a nice and expensive restaurant up top you would think the rest of the building would have been nicer. I won’t stay again

We had booked 2 rooms and were told they would be side by side. Upon arrival at 5:30pm, we were told that only 1 room was ready if we wanted them to be side by side; however, if we wanted to wait until later to get the other room then they would be side by side. So we got ready for the concert in the room that was ready and when we returned from the concert at midnight asked for the other room. It was NOT beside our original room. This was the entire reason we had been waiting. It was 6 floors beneath it. The room had the refrigerator out on the balcony (obviously unusable), one of the beds’ sheets were dirty and not able to be slept in, the toilet didn’t flush, the shower was so dirty that we didn’t even feel comfortable using it, and the carpet was damp. The front desk clerk told us that we could cancel this room, no problem; especially since it wasn’t beside the other room- we just had to contact Expedia and they would confirm with her and then we would be refunded. We contacted Expedia around 12:30-12:40am and were told this was not true. I would never stay in this hotel again and honestly wouldn’t book with Expedia again because of this policy.

There was a open soap in bath tub nasty

I booked this room back in May & paid $246 for it in full. Checked in late afternoon, went to the Reds game, and came back. Slept, showered, and left early the next morning. Noticed on my credit card statement that I was charged $10 (for what I do not know). Not worth the time to call about; guess they figure it is an easy way to make a few extra bucks.

The toilet was so hard to flush.

Loved it

This place was filthy, the staff was incredibly rude. And they were clearly overbooked because of a game. I will never return here nor would I recommend this place. There were rats everywhere.
