The corridors smelled like weed. Then throughout the night the smell of weed was seeping into our room. This hotel needs to be condemned.

The rooms and hallways could use renovations and upgrades. The area outside wasn’t properly maintained as there was loose trash as we walked up to the main entrance. I asked for extra pillows as the ones provided didn’t suffice and was told they were out of pillows, mind you on a non-busy Monday night stay. It was obvious the attendant just didn’t wanna be bothered. The building is very old and needs a lot of work.

The hotel is aged, it is clean, the first night we were there we had no hot water and did not until later the next day. They also only have housekeeping services every 3 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and when we had no hot water had maintenance already working on fixing the issue. Overall, I did enjoy the view the staff was helpful and friendly and it was clean. I however would prefer not to stay again, and will choose a hotel that has been updated or is new.

No service and rude staff

I always have a great stay here! The selling point is the rotating restaurant!

Worst experience Nothing like the pictures. Would never stay there again. Over charging hotel. Should be a MOTEL.

We checked in around 8pm the lobby area had a smell immediately, we just dropped our bags in the room and let as we had plans in the city, when we returned after midnight exhausted, we got in the room and within 3 minutes seen roaches on the ceiling and running across the floor! The side table with very dirty, we grabbed our bags and left. Still waiting on a refund as this was a 2 day prepaid reservation!

Staff was great but the actual physical hotel is the reason we would likely not stay here again.
-
not bad think they could fix the down fence in parking lot people had to park on it looked a little trashy didn't eat breakfast there 20 dollars for sausage gravy pretty high rooms where nice

The air barely worked it was hot in the room! The water was not hot had to shower in cold water and room wasn’t clean

Our room overlooked the expressway and what appeared to be a nearby university, but the real surprise was the breathtaking Ohio River views from the 17th-floor fitness center. Definitely worth checking out! The room was clean, comfortable, and the beds were perfect after a long day of driving. We noticed a couple of small areas of dust that were likely overlooked, but nothing that impacted our stay. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Check-in was quick, easy, and everyone was happy to answer our questions. We were disappointed that we couldn't try the revolving restaurant since it doesn't open until 5 p.m., and we needed to get back on the road. That's definitely on our list for next time. Our only real complaint was breakfast. We were surprised it wasn't complimentary, and there was no indication that breakfast was being served. We also had trouble finding someone to explain how it worked, so we ended up eating off-site before continuing our trip. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would gladly return. Comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and beautiful river views made this a great stop along our journey.

The front desk manager was so rude and refused to give us our two prepaid rooms because my credit card that had already been used to pre pay for the room is in my middle name although my license has my middle name on it. The manager escalated the situation and refused to help saying “I could have helped you but you were rude to me.” I absolutely was not. I just asked her what we needed to do to fix the problem. Anyway, long story short, they called cops and had me and my fellow teachers removed from the property. In addition, the manager had refused to give the couple in front of us their room as well. Perhaps the rooms were oversold for the event we were in town for?? Anyway, save yourself a lot of drama and police intervention and stay anywhere else but here!

Hotel has a great location. That is the only plus. It is very old and smells of cigarette smoke. Carpet in the room was disgusting. The room smelled like dirty socks. The AC loudly vibrated when on. The last straw for me was the roach I killed on the bathroom wall.

Our toilet overflowed the first time we moved it. Instead of fixing us, they sent us to another room. When we got to the new room, it was not made up. I went back downstairs and they sent us to another new room. When we got there, it was not made up. Finally they sent the maid down to look through rooms trying to find one that was made up. We spent the night and when we got up in the morning, there was absolutely no hot water to shower. The staff was noticeably embarrassed but not helpful. We checked out immediately following. Absolutely unacceptable.

Room was spacious but noisy from traffic on the i75, fittings were dated and staff not very happy to accommodate my request for a room with disability bathroom with grab rails and a walk-in shower. Helpfulness of the staff when I wanted to inspect a room before committing.

Good location for a reds game. Rooms were big and clean.
