Had issues with the room ac. It took a couple of hours to get moved to a new room

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean but the bathroom was run down and the shower had some mold

The parking lot looked a bit rough, possibly due to construction, but the warm smiles and friendly service from the front desk completely made up for it. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

The room was very clean, the staff really nice. The breakfast was delicious.

Hotel wass nice and clean.

Family summer travel so my kids were restless when we arrived. I asked if it was okay if the kids were loud because they are young kids. The staff told me kids are kids and they jump, should not be a problem. It wasn’t, because I didn’t get a call at night telling me that my kids were too noisy.

Customer service was absolutely amazing. Came in for a concert and the staff were great with answering questions about getting to and from the venue. Highly recommend.

Paid to have a riverfront view and did not get a river front view room. Got a double queen room when I wanted a king room. Our view was terrible and told we were "upgraded"

Great overall service. Great location

No restaurant except for daily breakfast. Pool was cool, not heated. Room was tight and not like the pictures. Bathroom could use an update.

Breakfast was good. Bed was so comfortable. It would've been nice to have an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Tge stafff here is outstanding. They care about people and thats what matters. Otherwise, clean and quiet thats all we ask for .
