Ceilings of hotel showed signs of leaking and mold on

Room was dirty, bed had nacho cheese dust on the sheets and pillows. Fire alarm was chirping and then front desk asked me to replace the battery because they were too short and did not have any maintenance crew around to do it. Plenty of people loitering in the parking lot.

It was cool for what it was

I would like a refund.

Kids running up and down the halls past 11PM

A work type white van had parked basically on top of my suv and scratched up/left paint on my door. A man was screaming/arguing at someone in the hallway. It was fine.

Never received deposit was told the 2nd 3rd and 4th were a holiday. The 5th I should get it but that's a Sunday. Monday came and went, I don't mind paying a deposit but I mind when I don't get it back especially when we walked outside to smoke cleaned the room up before leaving and having no reason to not receive it.

Ruby was very helpful and made us feel welcomed

Hotel property notclean, too many homeless people around side . Poorly maintained

The pictures on the website must have been taken when the building was in great condition. When we arrived to the room we were in shock! The room/building did not smell well. The furniture etc was outdated, the bathroom was very small, only small bar of soap, no body wash or lotion. No grab and go breakfast was provided (which is the only breakfast that is supposed to be provided). Will not stay there in the future. Wish I had taken pictures.

I was charged twice cash by your facility and charged on credit cards through booking.com still haven't received that refund from booking.com going to report to better Business bureau

Clean, close to the BB park

This was an awful hotel. I can’t believe I paid $200 for it. They advertised breakfast- they did not have breakfast. It was a basket of granola bars. The plaster on the walls was old and coming off. The toilet leaked. Do not stay here.

Well maintained facility

Didnt get brkfst . Too early. Got coffee from the staff member at the front desk. ,who was delightful. I was surprised tht they didnt have lobby coffee avail, since we didnt have a coffee maker. The coffee she gave us was for the staff . It,s an old hotel. They gave us an accessible room, that we didnt need. It had a chair in the shower stall and grab bars. Why?I feel like someone else might have needed it. The floor was a bit sticky, but it was VERY humid. A/C had a hard time keeping the room cool at 65 degree setting, but it was 90 degrees outside. Understandable.

Old, dirty, bad smell

There were a couple of other minor issues: water dripping in the bathtub in Room 328 and the fan above stove in Room 223 would not shut off. I commend the staff's efforts to address issues on a busy weekend with a popular baseball rivalry nearby. But this was not a good experience.
