Staff gave another person a key to our room.

Proximity to interstate. Toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush properly.

It advised breakfast! Not much on that ! It was coffee,oatmeal and packaged snacks.

It's a fair priced facility, nicely ran and clean in an okay, maybe sketchy area... I would stay again because it's conveniently located to where I grew up...

Clean and staff was friendly

Nothing I booked a queen bed and they game me a full. They started construction on the room next to mine at 7:45am. Gotten woken up by saws and hammers talked to the lady at the front desk and it was like talking to a brick wall. I wish I never spent my money here.

Hotel rooms, we're clean, like the fact that they had a small kitchen, but need coffee maker in rooms, need ice machine on your floor, instead of going down to the lobby to get ice.

Other guests were extremely loud and unruly pets barking in early morning hours and not being taken outside to relieve itself.

This was by far my worst hotel experience. 20 mins into checking into the room, I noticed a bed bug on the mattress and pillows. The desk clerk was rude and not very helpful.

The "guests" at this hotel consisted of long term/monthly low income renters who lounged around the outside and hallways of this place--24/7. Did not go on vacation to be part of some sleezy boarding house. Made us feel nervous and awkward. Would definitely not return.

The price and location was unbeatable. We took a Lyft from hotel to our concert and it was cheaper then parking and did not have to deal with downtown traffic. The room was clean but could use some update / maintenance / repairs. Example no outlets by bed to charge phones, shower curtain rod was very look in the wall at one end. Some of the closet shelf’s have been ripped down multiple times and the damage from prior installment was not repaired or covered. Overall, it met all our needs and was very satisfied. Would stay here again!

Floor in bathroom was dirty as white towel on floor got dirty. There was a musty smell in room. When I called verifying reservation person said didn't show anything for us but when we arrived no problem

The hotel smelled very weird

Parking was free. We had a fridge and microwave 1. Included breakfast was granola bars, bananas, tea and coffee 2. Something bit us in the room on Thursday and the allergic reaction and swelling was ridiculous all weekend 3. Soda machine not vending properly and took $10 4. Had to ask for plates and silverware. 5.no extra blankets or pillows on request

It was highly overpriced for the room and amenities.

Room was clean but the toilet didn’t flush. No breakfast just grab n go items. It was okay but I would probably not stay here again.

Staff was nice when checking in and parking was very easy. Had a full kitchen witch was nice but we didn't know so didnt have anything to cook. Bathroom was very tiny and hard to move in, breakfast was only hot chocolate/coffee/hot water for oatmeal. We skip breakfast bc thats not something we eat. Windows looked very old and falling apart.
