Beds too small, rugs seemed dirty, halls dark and dingy. Shower good
-
Breakfast was good.

The room was pretty clean but had musty odor swimming pool was very dirty did not get in . Was no clock or telephone if needed. Will not stay again

This was not a pleasant stay at all. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor. The bed was dirty, had stains, and little black dots that we were told were little beetles. We then were switched 5 more times to all different rooms and it was the same situation. The room we settled in was still not up to par and the bathroom was dirty. We then tried to get food at the restaurant, the restaurant ran out of chicken wings and could not serve us. They gave us 2 drink tickets. The bartender was inappropriate and talking about other staff to us as the guests. We were given 2 breakfast tickets that we were not able to use because we were told the wrong time. This hotel is old, dirty, outdated. The manager refuses a refund and was rude on the phone. Do not recommend at all!

Clean room

The hotel is outdated, poor lighting, wasn’t clean, had a spider in the corner bathroom, cigarette burn holes on the curtain and sofa. Stayed one night and moved on to another hotel. The staff was friendly at check in.

Staff were great. Hotel met expectations.
-
The stay was ok but the cleaning was irregular and random people allowed in at times
-
Good place to stay. Staff is friendly

They charge $11 for breakfast if you book through Expedia.

I feel like the hotel is a bit overpriced for the quality of the room, but it is close to the river. The area around the hotel is not great and I worried a bit about the belongings in my car as all the spots in front of hotel were taken and I had to park along the side that was dark (moving across the country was just too much to bring in), but I felt safe as an older woman. I would never book a hotel based on shower reviews, but the shower was amazing!!! :) Free parking was nice!

The room and other amenities were great, however the pool was down most of the stay
-
Our room was not cleaned, the hotel was dated and hallways smelled musty. The pool was very nice and well maintained. The front desk was not very helpful or knowledgeable.
-
The staff at the desk was very helpful. She suggested number of local places to eat and very friendly. The breakfast was good. The only thing we did not like was the plastic silverware and styrofoam plates for breakfast.
-
The hotel it’s was ok but the breakfast wasn’t the best. We paid extra for breakfast when we purchased the room. Breakfast was from like 5-11 am I think on Sunday morning. We went down about 8:30 and everything was pretty much wiped clean. The biscuit's and gravy, French toast, and a few other things were completely wiped out. We assumed they would replace but when we asked the guy who was working breakfast he said he wouldn’t be bringing out more. If it would have been a free breakfast included with our stay it would have been okay but we paid extra for the breakfast. We never said anything more to the staff but it was just kind of a letdown. The lady at the front desk when we checked in Saturday evening was very nice and helpful b

All the staff were helpful and easy access to downtown Cincinnati.

Room was clean. Rooms need some TLC along with the mattresses. Not saying I slept bad but they could be better. I’d still stay again though
-
Staff was great, property could use an upgrade
