Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Riverfront by IHG

Smelled terrible on all floors. Everything is outdated. Usually I’d say the ac is good which it was cause it was a p tac unit which is outdated by far. I took it to 64 it was running non stop with no unoccupied shut off which you guys should honestly look into if you’re tryna save money. The whole give a card to get breakfast was a first and really felt like I was in a prison, giving a card to have a meal. But it was okay other than that

Really wish breakfast was included. Spent $600 for 4 day stay and had to buy breakfast. Staff was amazing though. Super friendly.

The bed was super Comfy and shower and bathroom was very clean. The room smelled really bad whenever you walked in. Almost like wet soured carpet or sulphur smell.

Was a little confused when I ended up in Kentucky when the hotels name says Cincinnati but it was fine got the job done and easy to get to

The property was not what we expected from a holiday Inn. It was old and dirty. The floors, walls, hallways were dirty.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Could be updated.

Rooms are very dated. No more than a two star. Key carded entrances, ice machines, standard hotel equipment not working.

The location is great for attending both Great American Ball Park and the football stadium. Check in was great, Kristina was great to deal with!! One elevator stunk like vomit, someone had apparently barfed in it and it had been cleaned, but not well enough (confirmed by staff). Room was what you would expect at the price point. Carpet needs to be cleaned in the rooms, you can actually feel it. Bathrooms only have a glass door, so they definitely don't provide very much privacy. GEST shuttles are great for games as well as getting up town in Covington. Mediocre at best and although there were some positives, we likley wouldn't return.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were great for our one night stay. The ice machines were not working on 2 of the floors.

Hotel smelled like pet urine. Front desk manager was rude. Had a water leak head to change room in the middle of the night. Gentlemen on duty was very accommodating. Next morning lady at front desk was very kind.

Nothing . Beds were most uncomfortable i have ever tried to sleep in , wall outlets were worn out wouldnt even hold plugs in to charge a phone , over charged me over 160.00 even though i had confirmation from booking.com. ac unit sounded like a train when running got zero sleep. I checked out a day early. Area is full of homeless and drug addicts .
