Holiday Inn Cincinnati-Riverfront by IHG

The staff at front desk and bar were super friendly. The shower was really nice. The bed sheets had cigarette burn holes. The curtains in the middle were sheer so if anyone walked by they would be able to see inside our room (with us being on the first floor) and the outer curtains weren’t made to pull together, so privacy was a bit worrying. Cleanliness seemed fine. The hallways could use some updating on the looks of the lighting. For the almost $400 price tag on only 1 night, I feel it was overpriced.

I'd give the bed a 3 [out of 5]; the pillows a 2 [out of 5]; the TV [streaming, in and out, pixelation off and on, with VERY limited channels] I'd give a 1 [out of 5].....the bathroom? a 5 out of 5! very clean and the shower was firm and strong...easily the highlight of the stay! the breakfast was a disappointment...'weird' eggs, the sausage was like cardboard, and the breakfast 'sandwich' was bland and had been in the pan way too long...the bacon was acceptable, though...staff did try to be helpful, though, I give the people I spoke to higher marks than lesser....

The room was clean but in need of updating It took time finding an ice machine that worked. The room wasn’t serviced daily as I asked. Desk staff was friendly and professional.

The hotel is convenient to downtown & riverfront. Hotel seems old. Wasn’t er up to date. Staff was ok. Room did have a refrigerator but no microwave. There are fast food restaurants, Waffle House and pizza place within walking distance.

The bedroom was clean, but the carpet had an old, musty smell. Also, the cart wouldn't roll properly, making it very difficult to use.

I would not stay again. The hotel need to remodel and a better design. The place smells like cigarettes and funky butt, plus watch out for the crackheads next door.

Great Job. Staff was very friendly and help us get breakfast one of the mornings we were waiting for the ball game. Fantastic people.

No hot water. Nothing will wake you faster than a cold shower.

had roaches and it was nasty for a 1000 dollars dont book here terrible and no one cared such a waste of my hard earned money

The room was pretty clean but had musty odor swimming pool was very dirty did not get in . Was no clock or telephone if needed. Will not stay again

This was not a pleasant stay at all. We were assigned a room on the 4th floor. The bed was dirty, had stains, and little black dots that we were told were little beetles. We then were switched 5 more times to all different rooms and it was the same situation. The room we settled in was still not up to par and the bathroom was dirty. We then tried to get food at the restaurant, the restaurant ran out of chicken wings and could not serve us. They gave us 2 drink tickets. The bartender was inappropriate and talking about other staff to us as the guests. We were given 2 breakfast tickets that we were not able to use because we were told the wrong time. This hotel is old, dirty, outdated. The manager refuses a refund and was rude on the phone. Do not recommend at all!
