El check in era a lad 3pm y llegamos a las 9pm y no tenían nuestra habitación preparada. Cuando al fin entramos al cuarto, no tenían jabón, papel de baño a mitad el rollo. Las sabanas tenían una mancha marrón, el cuarto se veía un poco deteriorado, la luz del baño estaba todo el tiempo parpadeando. El desayuno era hasta las 10am pero luego el luned aparentementr era hasta las 9 y llegamos 10 minutos antes de las 9. Nos dijeron que no habían huevos, y lo que quedaba del buffet cuando fuimos a servirnos se llevaron las bandejas en nuestra cara, también cuando fuimos a prepararnos los waffles apagaron la maquina mientras estaba preparandolos y la persona que estana ahí, una mujer joven con trenzas largar me gritó y me faltó el respeto. Estuve con mi familia desde el viernes hasta luned y en ningún momento nos limpiaron el cuarto, no nod botaron la basurs ni nos dieron toallas nuevas. Hablamos con un supervisor en el front desk y le dijimos todo lo que había pasado y pars nada sirvió por que no hizo nada al respecto por atender nuestras necesidades ni tampoco atender la situación de falta de respeto de su personal de servicio. En fin un lugar horrible, con servicio horrible, para nada les recomiendo que se queden. Si pudiera darle 0 estrellas lo haría.

Whole building had a terrible smell, our room especially smelled musty and moldy. Mold in the bathroom. The air vents in our room were dripping water.

The hotel was clean and the location is convenient. Staff was friendly. We booked a king room, however my only complaint was they put us in a wheelchair accessible room and the shower situation was not ideal. Save these rooms for people that need them.

Breakfast was great. Staff very pleasant. Room clean

The room smell like mildew the private bedroom door would not close the fire alarm started going off because their battery had been changed at 4:00 a.m. there was no soap or shampoo in the shower the wall was coming off due to the mildew. I contacted management and they fell to even get back to me

Everything was wonderful!

Upon arrival, our room smelled very musty. The shower water would not got hot enough. The staff during happy hour and breakfast were very grumpy.

The front desk and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. After a long drive with family, this hotel was a great choice and I would definitely recommend it.

Great location near several sporting events . The room was clean but carpet needs replaced or a good cleaning . Bathroom had a musky smell and the exhaust fan wasn’t working. Staff was professional and helpful. Overall a decent place to stay.

Excellent breakfast with many options. All staff were exceptional with customer service. Ready to help or assist and friendly. Thank you for an excellent room with beautiful views of downtown Cincinnati. Staff of excellence Kim(front desk) Arian(dietary manager).

The bar area was nice. And, the happy hour was a nice perk. The room itself had a very distinct and poor odor. The air conditioning did not work properly. The lock on the door did not work well unless dead bolted from the inside. The bathroom sink was stopped up and slow draining. The free breakfast was jammed full of people with not enough food to go around. We complained many times. We told them of issues. Nothing got resolved and there were no apologies. It was a very tough stay. I will say the maintenance staff was kind even though they were unable to help us and the cleaning staff attempted to help. Front desk staff was poor and kind of condescending. It was a big disappointment and I would say to maybe stay somewhere else. Once you are there and spending money on something that is very unenjoyable, you will wish you’d looked around more. I debated writing this, but wished I’d read a review like this before I booked. It might have helped my family and I have a more enjoyable trip.

Not even 15 minutes later we were in restroom and cleaning up/getting ready and another worker said she was pretty sure computers are back up and she could help. She was super NICE, very helpful, gave us all kinds of info on things to do & places to eat. Yes we were there before 4 but asked for early arrival.. (I know it isn’t promised but certainly didn’t need to be rude) We feel breakfast should be served a tad longer.. room smelled like meldew.. and air conditioner didn’t get very cold.. Feel 470.00 was way high for the way we were treated when we got there, the smell and air.. and breakfast being over so soon.. most likely wouldn’t stay at this location again. Price worth it if treated better!

Pleasant stay, great staff.

Did digital check in, assigned a different room than originally requested. Room was not the cleanest and in disrepair - rust in bathtub, broken sink faucet fixture, stains on floor, wet/musty smell, no toilet paper dispenser. Some of the staff seemed either short-staffed or overworked.

The afternoon reception was very nice, and the items available at the breakfast buffet were great. I had a great omelet!

We first got there felt like it was great and about 12:45 AM. Power went out. Party going on downstairs very loud. Kids couldn’t sleep found out their generator wasn’t working rooms got above 80° very hot and miserable by mold in the room stains on the sheets burnt marks on the couch and felt like it’s been a mess to get my money back very unsatisfied
