Breakfast was great. Room was very adequate. Short walk across the bridge to riverfront park Staff could have been more helpful. Hair in tub. Food morsels behind bed table. Phone not working (no dial tone at all). No straight entrance from garage to lobby. Had to take stairs to elevators. Very inconvenient to transport luggage.

I arrived at 8:45pm to check in and was told it would take at least an hour to get into my room because of late check outs. I was told I couldn’t receive complimentary drinks while I waited because happy hour was over, so I ended up driving back home. What a terrible experience - I’ll never even consider staying here ever again.

Very good

The man that checked us in was the grumpiest man I've ever met. While the lady was very kind when we asked for assistance later.

This hotel has potential but...

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was great. My reservation was messed up, my room had broken glass in the carpet, dirty bathtub, missing toilet paper holder rod, loose toilet seat, loose bathroom cold water knob, the front door was extremely hard to close, and the first TV remote didn't work. But the room had a great view and the bed was comfortable.

Wonderful hotel. Clean Room, Excellent breakfast included, staff was very helpful. Loved the happy hour 5:30-7:00 pm

The staff were excellent. The air conditioner did not keep the room very cool.
-
Only downfall was that the pool patio door was locked so we couldn’t sit outside and enjoy the views

Upon entering the room I went to find the safe locked. I went back to the front desk and asked if it could be unlocked. They said they would send someone right up. No one showed. The next morning I again asked at the front desk to have the safe opened. They apologized that it wasn’t open the prior day and said again they would send someone right up. No one showed for any of the three nights we were there. The parking garage - $28/ nightly (no valet available) turned out that it was open to fans attending the Cincinnati Reds games, thus for the duration of our stay it was difficult finding open spaces. Breakfast area was very nice and clean and the staff very courteous and helpful. Room set up was very nice, however the room housekeeper did little more than pull the bedspread up. The bed was not remade. I would not stay here again. I would go across the street to the Marriott next time.

Such friendly staff. The pool water was perfect. Could have used more towels but no big deal! Rambunctious kids and a staff member kindly asked for me to calm them down. Everyone was awesome! Brian at the front desk really made us feel welcome! Some things we kind of dated like carpet etc. but no big deal. There was a cockroach in the bathroom come morning but the kids actually found that entertaining

Breakfast was ok. Biscuits and gravy would have made it great Other guests were extremely loud around midnight when we were trying to get to sleep

Later I neded to book the second consecutive night for my trip which I booked through Expedia and the rate was $60 more per night. The registration desk man said I would have to check out at regular checkout time and then based on occupancy check in later the same day for my 2nd booking to get the riverside room. They didn’t help us get the riverside view from the beginning to avoid the disruption of changing rooms so we had to stay in the room without the view despite having booked that specifically ages ago. The AC worked weakly in the dining part of the room but there was no AC airflow in the bedroom - making the stay very uncomfortable and the experience with the desk staff was unhelpful

We didn’t have any hand soap in our room or any toiletries around the sink like hotels typically do.
