Spacious rooms. Drink passes. The blanket and couch had remnants of a cat or dog. I'm allergic to cats. You should provide rooms that are pet free and other rooms that are pet free. I wasn't available in the timeline for the drinks in the evening but I wish I could have used it an hour later or so.

Parking is too expensive and double elevator system is inconvenient. Also, it is very difficult to move luggage from the parking ramp to room.

No towels. Shower wouldn’t get hot

We stayed here with 3 boys and they put us in a suite next to the ice maker and staff area. This made for a noisy environment outside our door. The TV in the living room didn't work properly. The TV guide didnt show the programs, the channel kept changing on its own, which were both frustrating when trying to wind down with your kids. The bathroom shelves were dusty. The breakfast area was out of fruit and it was never restocked. Our stay was not the best visit to this location and could have definitely been better.

Older hotel, but does the job. Happy hour, lobby in general and breakfast were definitely positives.

Everyone was so nice and helpful ! My 5 year old was treated with respect. Staff went above and beyond to talk and to engage with him.

Erin was very helpful at check-in. The staff were all super helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in could use some love/updating, The parking garage is VERY short at 6’ 4”, we struggled parking our truck. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Great location Always have to wait almost an hour for a room when we get there after 4.

We were so excited to spend the weekend at the embassy suites in Covington! Friends told us that this hotel was great! When we arrived we didn’t have the room we had booked so the staff graciously got us another room! So appreciate them!!!! The next day we were locked out of that room without warning. We went to the front desk to inquire why. The hotel was overbooked. We were told that they would look into our situation. After returning from the baseball game, we did not get that room & slept 4 in our room. We asked for towels & pillows but they never showed up. We DO really like the embassy suites.

All was as expected and the check in was easy.

The proximity to the walking bridge for our sports venue Our room 701 was quite musty and there was visible mold on the wall at an air register (not sure if it was supply or return)

2nd time staying here for a Bengals game. Last year our experience was wonderful. That’s one reason we came back this year and stayed at the same hotel. This year not as much, changes to polices and operations not only made the stay less desirable but also must be having an impact on employees. Our first night there we were treated as a burden at the bar using our two free drink coupons they give you. If we come back to the area again we will most likely be trying a new spot.

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast was a step above what’s normally offered at hotels.
