The suite/room was excellent, as was the morning breakfast. The gym and pool were fair but not remarkable at all. There was no hottub. In 5 days our room never had maid service. The A/C was limited and no one came to fix it when we called. The shortest route from the parking garage to the lobby elevator included a half flight of stairs to lug our bags

I’m not sure if some of the issues were related to the hotel having several events going on during our stay, but breakfast was extremely hectic every morning, with very long and crowded lines. The rooms themselves were okay—nothing special, just average. One thing I found unusual was the layout of the hotel. As you walked through the hallways, the rooms had large windows facing the open interior area. If the shades were open, you could see into the open space and toward the other rooms on the floor. It gave the hotel more of a dormitory-style feel, which was definitely different from what I’m accustomed to. Unfortunately, we also had some issues with the bedding. The bedding provided to us had quite a bit of hair on it. We also were not provided with enough towels/washcloths for the duration of our stay so we made do. We were told they had to be cleaned and available next day. No. There were also two fire alarms during our weekend. These weren’t a drill we were required to evacuate the hotel, only to later find out that both were false alarms. Parking each night was also less than ideal. It wasn’t the worst experience, but it certainly wasn’t the most convenient. One of the biggest disappointments was that the pool was closed for the entire weekend. It definitely made for an interesting stay. Will not stay again.

Location was great. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were comfortable. Our shower had a glob of tiny hairs stuck in the drain that would come out and go back in every time you turned the shower on. The bathroom had a big burn mark in the middle of the floor that looked like someone had a campfire in the middle of the room. All the towel racks fell off the wall as soon as you touched them. The man at the restaurant was super nice but incredibly overwhelmed with the crowd. He was working by himself and had a full house. More staff would have been helpful. The setup to get to the main lobby is confusing and no signage to help find the way.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was great.

It’s a short walk to the ballpark! The happy hour was amazing! The front desk staff were super helpful on both occasions different times of the day! Nothing really!

Our room had a very noticeable musty/mold smell. If we would have spent more time in our room I would have requested a new room. It was reported to the front desk staff before we leftand was offered snacks for the inconvenience.

Breakfast was great. Room was very adequate. Short walk across the bridge to riverfront park Staff could have been more helpful. Hair in tub. Food morsels behind bed table. Phone not working (no dial tone at all). No straight entrance from garage to lobby. Had to take stairs to elevators. Very inconvenient to transport luggage.

Our hotel had very very dirty vents in both the bathroom and the hallway the sink also dripped in the bathroom.

Our room was in need of updating.

I arrived at 8:45pm to check in and was told it would take at least an hour to get into my room because of late check outs. I was told I couldn’t receive complimentary drinks while I waited because happy hour was over, so I ended up driving back home. What a terrible experience - I’ll never even consider staying here ever again.
