Candlewood Suites Pittsburgh Cranberry by IHG

Room was clean and the amenities were a nice surprise. The price was reasonable and staff were great. I stay in the area often and this is definitely very traveler friendly.

The bad thing about my stay was your cable.T v system is absolutely horrible for this day and age.There is so much available.We couldn't even get the chicago affiliate or the national a.B.C.Station very disappointing.The way your cable was set up in the room.You couldn't tell what was on what channels until you go through each of them.One by one, it really needs an upgrade.And also, whoever designed the bathroom, it is absolutely microscopic.You could barely get changed in there. Room 123.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. She was always at the desk if needed.

We arrived late after a concert in Pittsburgh. Check in was quick and easy. Got to the room and it wasn’t cleaned from the previous occupants. Had to go back

Clean, staff was pleasant. No instructions to use cooktops, broken ironing boards were broken. Bathroom door did not close all the way. TV in 208 got 2-4 channels. Evening manager came up and said it needed to be reprogrammed, no one ever. Came up. Had to follow up with request for extra pillows.

Location, spacious suite,and the staff. If I have to say something all I can say it’s a older property.

Does not offer breakfast. Room was ok for a one night stay

I’m dropped my keys off at 3:30 am at the drop off box. There was no one in attendance in front desk

I enjoyed watching cable TV for the first time in 13 years during downtime and long sleepless nights. An extremely heavy footed individual was in the room above me for 18 days of my stay. They had a habit of pacing late into the night. There's no breakfast of any sort. I stayed for over 3 weeks and the room was only cleaned once. I bought my own toilet paper because the single roll the room started with ran out and I could never corner the front desk staff to ask. I also paid for two days more than I stayed due to a booking issue that couldnt be corrected without losing the room (according to local staff). The AC is on a motion sensor, so I spent most nights wide awake, sprawled out on an uncomfortable mattress, drenched in sweat. The WiFi connection seems to be shared by the entire building, as it was too slow to do much of anything beyond simple Google searches.

Decent stay for the money. The kitchette came in handy. Only 1 treadmill in the fitness room & the walls are a little thin. Overall clean & comfortable. In a walkable area.

Everything went the way that It shouldve, the staff was nice and helpful, went into detail about things to do at the hotel and where to find everything! would definitely stay again and the room, AC and kitchen was perfect!

ACCOMMODATIONS WERE AS SHOWN ON SITE. STAYED IN A ONE BEDROOM SUITE. VERY CLEAN, QUITE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. TRAVELED WITH A LAB AND WAS RELIEVED THEY ALLOW DOGS. TAMMY SMITHFIELD, VA

The people were nice Can’t really say anything negative about it. It was really comfortable, relaxing stay.
