Exceptional

The hotel is situated need Deep Ellum, walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is loud because of that, including the pool. The hospitality was lacking, although they finally made up for the late check in and incorrect room description. They made up for it only because it was asked for not offered. The rooms are nice though!

Will definitely be staying here again when I swing by Dallas.

Beautiful place to stay for downtown Dallas activities!

My husband and I stayed here for a staycation. The hotel is well maintained, we were greeted quickly with a complementary beverage, and everything we needed we were able to quickly communicate about by text and received shortly after. We did have to request new sheets after housekeeping made our bed with a big brown stain present near the pillows. I doubt we will stay there again, though, because of the area it’s in. Although there were some cool piano bars and shops around, at night time the party scene was insanely loud! Impossible to sleep. The pool was pretty but small. They did not have service there so food and drink had to be ordered at the restaurant. I’ve heard that that area has up cycles and down cycles and that occasionally they get nicer restaurants. Perhaps we’ll try it again when they have some nicer restaurants around and not the bass thumping club scene that we couldn’t drown out. The people checking out in front of us were leaving a day early because or the noise and I don’t blame them.

Hotel was beautiful and centrally located. Also, the staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast starts at 7 so that seems a little late.

Valet is expensive at $---/night

Spacious rooms, helpful staff, 5pm social drink and free bottled water. The location wasn’t in the best area, didn’t feel too safe walking around near by at night.

We booked a room for a short 12 hour stay. We got there after 7 PM and had to wait 15 to 20 minutes due to the front desk being understaffed. Other than that, the property was beautiful in the room was very nice and very clean. We were not aware that it was right across the street from several nightclubs and you could hear the music from 11 PM till about 2 AM.

I loved it! The location and atmosphere were great, but the staff members were AMAZING! I felt the southern hospitality immediately when Holli checked me in with the welcome cocktail!

Beautiful room and complex. The most comfortable bed!!! Happy Hour was an unexpected bonus. The gentleman out the front were always so kind. I was charged a "Guest Amenity fee" which was clearly included in my original booking charges and the receptionist agreed it had been charged. Apparently booking.com didn't charge the tax in the original transaction so I had to pay the complete fee again and chase booking.com for the refund. $58.66 Amercian dollars extra as the receptionist couldn't work out how to just charge me the $9 tax owing. ☹️

The room was clean the staff was great the breakfast was just ok and they were super slow. I would stay again

The hotel's location is in an area with a special vibe of black music. The nights are very noisy. Because of all kinds of music and also because of a train that passes by with a lot of creaking noises all night. In addition, the jem is very basic. And There is no comfortable place to sit and work on a laptop.
