Staff overall was friendly and helpful. You will pay nightly 15 plus tax to self park.

One female front desk staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.

Room cleaning staff speak little English so communicate is poor. There was no problem with communication with the other staff. Speak fluent English. Parking at the hotel is bad. Not enough parking for handicapped people. Only a few spots for handicapped. Every day I had to park far from the building and walk and I am a handicapped disabled

Clean room and lobby. Attendants had separately helped me check in hours earlier for a last minute hotel room which was great. We were curious about how the Tri-Rail worked and an attendant also went out of her way to teach us and give us a flyer on how it works. All the workers were supportive and nice! Will be back forsure.

Excellent location, walking distance to the Aventura mall, near to the public beaches.

Lobby, restrooms, guest room, hallways were all nice and clean. Front desk help was friendly. Rooms were comfortable, nice palm tree view from window. Hot tub and pool were both clean and nice. Great property for this price point.

Unfortunately, there was nothing, like restaurants or bars, within walking distance.

Staff was amazing. So helpful. We were only there overnight, but we felt like the breakfast was overpriced. We did use the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and it was great. We had to wait about 15 minutes. You need to call them when you arrive. There were 12 of us with luggage and they brought a 15 passenger van with a trailer behind to hold out luggage. Perfect.

The hotel over booked the rooms and gave my room away before I arrived. I had no where to stay and they didn’t even help me find a new hotel to sleep at.

The only issue was the fire alarm went off in the building and staff was not trained very well. Instead of making guests feel comfortable they was running around like they didn’t know what to do Our room was on the 5th floor so we had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs due to the elevator not working. Their website also said there was a restaurant at this location only to be a bar with very small items to eat.

my room was clean and the bed was comfortable.Lobby bar was good as was the food. the lobby has an open floor plan,so the lobby bar is not a separate space in the building. the reception staff did a good job and were not asleep on their feet.

Convenient Port location. Staff worked at a snail’s pace. Room was dated and worn. Needed a bed and that was barely acceptable.

lovely and personable. The elevators are a little run down. The only complaint really I have is that someone came to our room to ask when our flight was and the few interactions with staff I had also asked the same. I booked the room for a one-night stay and didn't like feeling like we were being rushed out. Otherwise lovely time.
