The AC in the room wasn’t working. I contacted the front desk and was told someone would be sent up to take a look, but no one ever came. I also had an issue with the charges on my card. I was informed about the $50 deposit/hold, but I noticed two separate authorization amounts on my account and reached out to the manager to clarify what the second authorization was for. Unfortunately, the response I received did not address my question. I was simply told that the $50 hold could take up to 10 business days to be released, which was not what I was asking about. The email was also addressed to “Mark,” even though that is not my name. Overall, the stay was just okay, but the lack of follow-up regarding the AC and the poor communication regarding the charges were frustrating. I would have appreciated better attention to the concerns I raised.

Good place, great location. The hotel was clean there was a stain on the bedding, but it seemed like a permanent one. The air conditioner is very noisy, which can be an issue for light sleepers.

Staff was not helpful or informative. I had to ask at least 4 times for wifi access. One elevator was out of service, so there's only one working. After a 12 minute wait for an elevator, Staff with cleaning carts took up the room while guests were waiting.

Overall it was a great stay. Great location with easy access to the Hard Rock. Parking can be crazy but that’s understandable due to the hotel having a shuttle to the Cruise Port.

It was clean surrounding nothing was cluttered in reference to cars not having any parking space also no trolleys was left at the door. There was nothing wrong at the property aspect.
