Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port

On nous a très bien accueilli vu mon anglais mauvais on a réussi a bien ce comprendre. Personnel souriant et très gentil.

The hotel is well maintained, although you can tell it gets a lot of traffic. Our room had a slight musty odor when we arrived, but since we were only there overnight, it wasn't a major issue. There was plenty of space for our group of five, and the property was clean overall. Check-in was quick and easy. However, check-out took much longer than expected because the guest ahead of me was completing a cash payment that required extra time. During such a busy morning, it would have been nice to have another employee assist guests with simple check-outs. Overall, this is a good property in a great location for anyone cruising out of the area, and I'd stay here again.

I thought the hotel was fine. I would stay there again if the price is right. My room, 433 had a really loud air conditioner and the shower barely got lukewarm. The room was awesome except for those two things. The staff was very friendly and professional.

The only issue we encountered was that the bedding (blanket) was stained. The front desk staff were very helpful and greeted you with a smile.

The hotel was 15 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port. Parking was $10.00 for members. Serval restaurants were located near the hotel.

We Thoroughly enjoyed the pol and hot tub! The breakfast was nice too!

When we arrived we had no hot water. When the maintenance man came he said he would be right back and never did. When I asked to see the other room offered I was told to wait for security. After over an hour they let me check the room myself. I was too tired to move rooms as I had been traveling over 12 hours. We reported it to the supervisor the next day. I had rented 2 rooms and paid almost $900. It is unacceptable to have no hot water to shower. We were offered a birthday bag for my son (should have no bearing as compensation for no hot water).

The pictures need to be updated on the website the rooms don’t look the same they look downgraded from the website

Everything was great Clean rooms and big enough for the 4 of us and great breakfast. Staff was amazing when we got there at 10:30am check-in is at 3pm they put us on a waiting list until they had a room available and even put our bags in a locked room until our room was ready. Thank you for the helping us out.
