Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport-Cruise Port

It was a good . My second time staying there, but your breakfast is not very good. The coffee the decaf, especially was extremely bad.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean. Would recommend this hotel to anyone having a stay in Ft. Lauderdale.

I was not happy with my stay at all. I arrived to the hotel late due to my flight being delayed twice. Called ahead to the hotel to let them know that I would be late and they said it would be fine. Once my plane landed, I called the hotel to get transportation and no one was available for over an hour. I called the hotel and was told that the shuttle pick up for several different hotels as well which is something that I was not notified about when booking the hotel. The purpose of me booking the hotel was to make sure I had transportation. After waiting over an hour I called an Uber, which cost me extra money I wasn’t prepared to spend. I arrived at the hotel and they did not have my room ready at nearly midnight. I had to wait for them to assign me a room and I did not get to bed until after 2 AM. I had to get up early to leave out the next morning so I do not feel I had an adequate nights rest or got my money’s worth for my stay. Very very disappointed!!!!!

Everything was great except for the Hot water. It was lukewarm. I wish it was hotter than it was. The location is great and the breakfast was really good. The staff was professional and helpful, loved Annie and the younger lady I think was in training.

Clean room but was not the one that I reserved. Had to ask for a roll away bed and then was charged an additional $50 for it!

Excellent staff and room was clean

The shuttle service worked exactly as described, on time and very convenient. The only downside was the parking fee. I had to pay $14, which I believe should have been included. Overall, a solid hotel with good service and a reliable shuttle.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The room was clean. Parking was very reasonable. The downstairs bar is cute. Definitely was stay again. Extremely close to the cruise port.

Room was not cleaned for 3 days, fresh towels were not provided unless requested

I called ahead to let them know we would not be checking in until after midnight and to make sure they had my room saved, they said no problem. When I arrived at 2 am they said that the hotel was overbooked and they didn't have a room for me. She then said she would "upgrade" me to a king suite with a pull out sofa. There were 4 of us and my son in law is 6'5" and had to sleep on the pull out sofa that was not even a full size bed in which was a horrible thin mattress and his legs/feet hung off the bed. Not worth the $270 we were charged way over rated. Given me 2 king size beds

It was close to the airport and cruise port The toilet did not flush properly and the staff would not help much. They came to repair the toilet but left it disgusting. Was told someone would be back to clean it and that never happened. Just nasty

Great all around!

The breakfast was really good. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The water started backing up in the tub during my shower.

The location was just what we needed

The beds feel like clouds! It was 10/10!
