Room are clean, tidy and safe

Staff was very patient with my group of 28 guests. When I called the shuttle and couldn't get through, reception called from their end and was able to notify the arrival of my group at FLL. She was very helpful, polite and kind. Breakfast was great, lots of options, friendly staff and very clean. They had a computer and complimentary printing for guests and it made printing last minute itinerary/luggage tags very easy. Would definitely book again! Couldn't tell if the noise from outside parking lot/other rooms were extremely loud or we had thin walls. Wished the bar and kitchen was opened a little later.

Clean room and nice staff. Shuttle was on time.

I like that tge room had two bathrooms. I didn't like that they charged for parking when you are already a guest at the property. Also the internet service needs an upgrade. It is extremely slow.

This hotel is near the airport (but no airport noise), the cruise port shoping, eating, and entertainment. The only downside was the condition of the shower in the bathroom. Needs updating and attention to detail. The property could use a remodel when it comes to the shower.

There's nothing to do in the area for families. There's no store close nor restaurants. But you will be close to the airport for sure its only about 10 min. away

Superb

We had to wait till we got to our room. There was plenty of people in the waiting area. Didn’t know if they were checking in or checking out. Staff was great. The rooms were clean love the kitchen and the breakfast buffet. All in all, I would stay here at this hotel again. And I also love complementary pick up at the airport.

Our room room was so clean and comfortable. The kitchen was such a nice edition. Perfect for multi day trips. We can't wait to stay again!

It was a last minute and short stay but what I was looking forward to was not what I was expecting. I specifically picked a hotel with a pool but the pool was super warm and not refreshing at all. Other than that everything else was great. The staff are polite, professional and respectful. The property over all is well maintained and clean. Continental breakfast was good and everything was fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location is minutes away from the airport.

The space was good for it being 4 of us. The master bathroom shower needs some upgrades. The shower head isn't that great. The floor was slick when wet and door less, which I'm sure it supposed to be that way, but water gets out onto the floor. And the complentry soaps were empty.

Pool closes to early, at sunset, but besides that everything else was most excellent.That will be my hotel of choice when in the area.Awesome breakfast with plenty of choices as well as yogurt and fruit
