Residence Inn by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port

The man working the front desk was outstanding, a great personality for that position. We selected the hotel for its close location to the airport, but discovered we got a lot of room for the money. Also, the breakfast was terrific. You had to sign up for Marriott Bonvoy to use the hotel wifi.

The room was pretty normal. Nothing new and upgraded and obvious wear within. When we were turning in for the night, we realized there was no body soap in the shower dispenser and waited over 20 min for a refill to be delivered. For the one night stay, it was manageable. We needed a place to stay the night before the cruise, and this was a great spot.

I was so happy with the whole experience at the hotel. They went out of their way to help with your needs. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was very good and the staff went up and above to please us. The handicap room we stayed in our return visit was very roomy and comfortable but the bed did need some attention.

Staff was nice Hotel in general was nice Shower had last guests hair still in it Glass shower wall was had scum on it like it has not been cleaned in a while.. Paper towel roll had half a piece of paper towel only. Toilet paper roll under bed. AC unit was so loud made it very difficult to sleep. When you turned the AC to 74° the room would get warn, when you turned it to 71° the unit never shuts off and gets to cold in the room

The staff here were so kind and extremely helpful. The hotel was also very clean and well maintained. We stayed for 6 nights and would definitely return! Excellent property. Breakfast was standard included breakfast which could have included more hot variety but no complaints here!

Beautiful hotel in a great location No complaints

Hotel is just what we wanted. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of options. Coffee was good although we wish their was a Keurig in the room. Our mattress in room 430 was too soft for us. It's ready for replacement. The TV in our room worked well but the screen brightness was very low. Your great maintenance man adjusted the brightness to 100% and it was still pretty dark. We had to shut the curtains to watch football.
