To other airport hotels this one was amazing! Super clean, very high end, great staff! I only stayed one night and they were amazing

The breakfast add on is not worth it, for $40, I should not be getting a basic continental breakfast, that was a total rip-off Staff was very nice and helpful, especially Jaime Duarte at the front desk.

I would definitely stay again and highly recommend staying there Thank you for your awesome service especially the gentleman who checked us in, he was great I didn’t get his name but I know I loved his accent ‼️ Overall a great stay

We have vacationed in a lot of resorts and we were only here one night but I think this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. The staff was top-notch from the minute we walked into the lobby. Approx 10 minutes after we were in the room they called to check on us which was so helpful because we didn't realize the A/C kicked on once you entered the door and the room was hot when we walked in but they informed us about this and it cooled off very quickly. We purchased appetizers in the bar lobby area for a late dinner since we did not have a rental car and nothing was with them walking distance but they were delicious. A lot of times when we travel everyone seems to hate their job but this place was just the opposite!

Awful, Steer clear. We requested and was guaranteed prior to booking an early check in upon arrival .After our cruise. I do this every year with our post cruise hotels and have never had a problem. I confirmed this again the day before check in and was told It wasn't possible and that we needed to book a 2nd night to guarantee. What a ridiculous suggestion. We than attempted to cancel and they told us no refund. So you didn't honor our guaranteed request which is the only reason we booked and than took our money Wow! Thanks for almost ruining our day back at Port ,lying, and stealing our money.

It was extremely easy to get in and out of before a cruise. Property and room were very clean and I felt very safe there! The pool was also extremely nice!

Overall a good stay. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what you got.

My only complaint is the pillows can be firmer

Love Love Loved my stay at this hotel. From the lobby and check-in process to room being exactly as pictured. The bathroom was gorgeous. I will definitely be back.

Wonderful place to stay. Everyone was super helpful and nice and the hotel was just as beautiful. Gym and pool were clean and nice and the resturaunt and coffie shop in the hotel was an added bonus.. loved it will Def stay again.
