You step out of the room and you are on the beach. It was fantastic and so cheap!

It mentioned a pool but pool was not accessible or up and running. The space was ok for the price day one we had to kill a spider and fix a leak thanks to management for being onsite it made it smooth The location was far from the action but close to the water so that's a plus

The stay was great! Awesome location! Needs some updates! Ceiling fans don’t work and the oven did not work! Several other small things that would make it a nicer stay! Would have not been happy if I would have brought the kids but we were satisfied all in all with the 3bdrm ocean view for 3 adults on a weekend stay!! Charles was awesome help! I would stay again for a weekend for sure! Price was reasonable enough for that!

The parking is terrible but there are some positives. Staff is layed back and friendly. They do not bother you. The rooms are like efficiencies fully equipped with silverware, pots, pans, plates. Great if you need to stay a few days and want privacy. It is busy though cause it's a beach entrance for people. If you get the room on the end the oceanfront room it's pretty nice. The view is somewhat blocked but when you lay back on the bed you can watch the sunrise and it's still beautiful. Life is what you make it and any place you stay it's kinda up to you to find the silver lining. I liked the place also there is accommodations across the street and there's an excellent scratch kitchen restaurant and a place that you can shop and even a pizza place and a 7-Eleven located right across the street so anything you really need is actually within walking distance of the hotel.

Customer service was great, we came in late the person was patient and helped us out.

Good people. Hotel is right next to the beach. Super nice for the price.

The location was great. Lack of communication after our arrival.

We stayed for one night on our way to Miami. It looks like they are in the middle of renovating the property. The outside is a little shabby but the rooms were super clean and up to date! We were able to walk from our room right out onto the beach. The pool was empty and in disrepair on our visit but we weren't interested in that amenity. If you are, you may want to check on that. Overall great stay and totally worth the price of admission!

Parking was very limited. 4 or 5 free spots. There was not clear instructions about additional parking. They did mention $20 a day to park across the street.

The parking situation

Everything was great

I had a partial beach view. The parking was a little weird due to construction. No direct beach access also due to construction. Lovely staff and room. I would stay here again

The biggest highlight though was Tracy and her husband, the on-site managers. They were phenomenal. Every question we had was answered, they provided anything we needed, and they were kind, available, and genuinely welcoming every single time I called or saw them. Truly 10/10 personalities and customer service. The motel itself is a little dated, so keep that in mind when booking. The shower was slightly finicky, but it still functioned fine. The pool isn’t functioning, due to too many hits from the hurricanes. None of that would stop me from staying again.

Room was very clean and front desk lady was super nice. Shower was really nice and had good pressure. The parking is terrible and if you are lucky enough to get a parking spot at location instead of across the street then there is not much in terms of walking distance. The front desk lady helped us get a parking spot upfront but that meant we couldn't move our vehicle. Also the pool is not existent.

The room was clean. It was supposed to be a king suite, but the bed was probably a full.

Absolutely nothing The property IS NOT what it is advertised on booking.com! Do not make the same mistake as I did staying with them. The 1st problem we noticed as soon as we arrived is that there wasn’t a front desk. There was a front desk, there was a paper on the wall with a phone number and a name. We called and the person said which room was mine! The room it wasn’t the same as I booked, (I booked 2 beds + studio with balcony, cute (as the photos on the website) . When I called that number again, the person said that it was easy to solve the problem, that they would cancel my reservation and give me my money back. (I don’t live in Daytona and I was there for an event so whichever other place it would be 3x as a walk in). I said I needed at least the other bed and they did nothing (I am telling you - worst place ever). We ended up buying an inflatable mattress and moving the entire room to fit us. Other than that, the mattress was super lumpy, the bathroom door didn’t close, the tv (smart tv) had no connection… in contact with booking they replied that the hotel refused to help so they gave me $12 (not joking) as credit.

The property is located right on the beach I love that. The bathroom door couldn’t close all the way. The pool was inoperable, no water in it at all.

The location is great, however the facilities can be better, it will be great if they remodel the rooms and put an actually reception were people can check in properly.
-
Location Parking…. I was given the wrong room I got a ticket… if you park anywhere else you get a ticket…they only had 5 parking spots with more then 5 rooms available don’t make any sense
