Daytona Speedway Hotel

The hotel is closed for renovations. No one told us. We showed up to mattresses and couches outside. There was no note or anything. We even tried calling the number that was given to us, but it was disconnected. Terrible, Terrible experience

Great everything except the WiFi. Very spacious and clean room.

Check in went well. Unfortunately I wasn't aware of a construction that's going on in a hotel at the time if booking and sounds like there is going to be no breakfast due to that. When I booked this hotel, that was one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. The room is nice and neat, I wish I was aware of breakfast situation when I was booking through Expedia. Liubov.

This hotel is under construction. They said WiFi only cover the first floor - so no wifi in most of the rooms. As a result of this, you can only watch basic cable in your room. Only decaf coffee was offered in the room, our soap containers in the bathroom were empty, only enough towels for one person, and a sad breakfast offering.

The room was big, clean, and comfy. Also the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The hotel was being renovated and was under construction. The hotel was listed with a pool. We were looking forward to going swimming. The pool had water, but was closed. That was a negative part of the stay.

The pool was closed. Mattress cover was ripped, stained sheets, mold on shower curtain. Construction going on…. Not a good experience. I would love a refund

The room was very nice. The mattress felt like it was brand new and was one of the top 3 most comfortable hotel rooms I stayed in. The pillows were also very comfortable. The shower didn’t face enough water pressure. The hotel is under renovation and the pool was closed. I would definitely stay here again based off if the comfort of the room.

Amazing

Roaches mold, signs of bedbugs. Expedia didn’t help at all don’t pay for the insurance cause it’s not worth it. The Expedia customer service is horrible and the only girl that tried to help at the hotel. She couldn’t do anything because she was just a worker after three rooms full of roaches and mold, we went home. Expedia says there’s free breakfast and there’s a pool. There’s none of that the hotels under reservation. It’s not even the same name that’s on the sign

The front desk woman was rude and rolling her eyes at everyone who asked for a towel for the rooms. Even others from other rooms. The pool was closed for no reason. They rolled eyes when we asked why. We only came to this one for the pool. It was clean and looked fine. There were old bath tubs laying outside.

AC was off when we arrived late at night and the room over 85F. It did not get to 72 for hours which was terrible to sleep in. The window could not be opened to let fresh cool air inside so it just sucked all night. None of our towels were clean which was a huge inconvenience. We even noticed another guest at the check in counter asking for towels because their room didn’t have any clean ones. The sink was falling apart. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

Room & property were clean. This hotel is undergoing a renovation & what has been completed is comfortable & updated. Our room & bathroom were updated & nicely decorated. Bed & bedding comfortable. Pictures had not been hung. Pool was closed which we wouldn’t have used anyway. Breakfast was good & food was filled in & fresh. Staff were efficient. Great location. We look forward to staying there again.

Will stay here again when I’m back in Daytona, we couldn’t have had a better stay and the location and price is great!

Apparently Expedia failed to informed the customer that booked the rooms that their are certain things we could not use. Which I think that if these second hand vendors and/or what ever you are called should have the decency t I post these issues with in the booking listings.
