Ocean Walk Resort

Location was Excellent Pools were great The room was nice and spacious awesome oceanview and the room was nicely equipped with amenties of home. Full size kithchen washer and Dryer this was great and 1 parking space was included, This property meet my needs. The mattress on the bed was hard and very uncomfortable and both tv's were very small and only one was a smart tv.

The pool deck/swimming area is nice because of the number of pools and a lazy river. The food is not tasty and is overpriced Management was helpful with trying to keep me happy bc of the roaches issues Will not go back again

2 towers - stayed in South tower. Not told owned and rented 7 plus days but paid for 2 nights . South tower 505 condo. Old looking. Missing panels for blinds. Smell upon arrival like many pets there previously without cleaning. Bedroom rug filthy. Addressed with resort staff 1st night and also multiple times with I guess owner whom also entered when we were downstairs by pool said she sprinkled rug powder on bedroom rug. Bad for anyone with allergies or respiratory issues.STATES NO PETS.Wrong seen several dogs on property. Allergic asked prior to arrival, told no PETS. Seen on yellow highlighted paperwork of rules NO PETS ALLOWED. Family member had a really hard time breathing in the condo. Had to Stay out of condo most of day until packing then left prior to 3pm. If stayed would need urgent care. Steroids, etc. Asked to be moved. NO. Notified owner request of payment for 2nd night. No response. Resort property otherwise nice outside. Pools clean. Slide great for kids.went to a Marriott down the road on the beach. Clean, fresh air to breath in room.

This place is amazing and great for the whole family! Whether you bring small children, adult children or grand parents this place has something for everyone! This is our favorite vacation destination!

We have been on plenty of vacations but this gem was one of our favorites. Free parking. Staff were very friendly and always accommodating. Location location location. First vacation I went to and didnt have to use my vehicle for anything. Plenty of restaurants , bars , venues all within 1-5 min waking distance. Did I mention kid friendly? The most kid friendly resort I’ve seen with the free golf to arcades and pools. We will be back but this time with more family to enjoy with.

The plumbing didn’t work real well , the toilet didn’t flush and the shower had hardly any pressure . The ice machine was broken and we were told they would send up a complimentary bag of ice but they never did. The pools were kinda dirty too . For the price they charge these things should be top notch .

Location was great attended a concert at the band shell had stayed here before was able to just walk the few feet there the pools indoor and outdoor water slide lazy river and hot tub were very nice and well kept security had a regular presence the staff was very helpful and everyone acknowledged you the condo was very well stocked nice bedding matress and pillows we really enjoyed the ensuite jacuzzi tub the water gets very hot which we liked very relaxing I could have done without the sales pitch for a condo, especially the fact that when you get your wristband to enter the pool area in beach area, they make you speak with the sales person

Fully furnished Ocean Front Condo with many Pools, Hot Tubs & activities for the Family. Great customer service with Concierge providing any requests for Towels, room supplies, and answers to questions. The prices for vending machines were completely ridiculous, as well as the prices at the Shoppes of Ocean Walk. Out of desperation I paid $5.15 for a Gallon of Nestle’ Purified water at the convenience store on site. I have no problem with service animals for disabled people, but I was appalled to see a full sized service dog laying on a chaise lounge by its owner at the pool, not once but many times, at all the poolside locations including the kids splash pad. Adults and children lay on those chairs and I felt it was unreasonable for the owner to do it security & management to allow it.

The property had an excellent location, beautiful ocean views, and convenient access to the beach. The pools and other amenities were enjoyable, and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable for our family. There was nothing we disliked about the property. Everything was perfect, and we were completely satisfied with our stay.

After first night sleep in the sofa bed My husband had bites from some animal all over his body, as if they were from fleas.

The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to everything you need for a perfect stay, if you’re there for the NASCAR it’s a short drive away. The security deposit is very high, but I know this is the norm in America, but it was refunded fairly quickly.
