Recent renovations and a very nice place! Staff was great. Located in a close area to walk to some shops/food and not far from downtown either. Would definitely recommend

Pillows were so overfilled. Had to use a folded towel. Music on Wed evening was excruciatingly loud and forced us off the patio. Building is missing it's name.

1. Friendly and helpful staff. 2. The room and bathroom were very clean. 3. The restaurant's food is very good. 4. Fun outdoor space with live Wed night music (add more nights!) Our critique are: 1. The restaurant is trying a bit too hard with the menu. For example, replace the lemon spaghetti's fish roe with some chicken or shrimp. Provide pita bread with your hummus -- not just a few carrots and some lettuce leaves. 2. Add some more affordable wine by the glass options. It's quite limited...and expensive. 3. Put recycling bins in the rooms and throughout the indoor and outdoor public places. Not recycling is inexcusable these days -- especially since Denver has easy recycling.

Really loved staying here. Tasteful design, has just what you need, nice bar, best coffee I've had in a while (miso caramel latte). I want my house to look like this hotel, truly a special place. Great location as well, nearby the museum, park, thrift/vintage shops. I would love a little retail shop there with items from vendors they use because I wanted all of it!

Love the decor but the walls are so incredibly thin you can hear everyone’s full conversations clearly. Unfortunately I was kept up throughout the night. Also I got stuck in the parking lot, the automatic door wouldn’t open and I had to call an outside number listed on the gate to get help. Construction everywhere outside. I wish I had a little notice about that. Very nice staff. Wouldn’t stay again though.

Amazing hotel, bar, restaurant, & service 100/10!!

Great hotel and staff were all very kind and welcoming.

The hotel itself isn't that bad, but unfortunately you can't change the location. There were drug addicts outside the hotel screaming all night on Colfax; it just seemed very unsafe in general. The people were just right out front messing with their drugs. The food was great, the bed was amazing, but I had hair all over the restroom! There was no ironing board or mini fridge, and that was a bummer, plus no desk space at all. Overall, I think it’s just an ok place; probably won’t stay again, but it was cool to try for a single-night stay.

Loved the Total vibe, the rooms were super clean and cute, and the staff was wonderful! I will definitely be back!

a couple of folding luggage racks would have been nice as there is no place to put your suitcases.

Cons: no mini fridge, no desk in room. No pool or hot tub. Water pressure was lacking. On site restaurant sub par. Pros: the vibes were immaculate. The style and cleanliness of the hotel were 10/10. Bed was comfy. Bathroom/shower were nice. Easy parking. Bar on property. Staff! The staff were so helpful and friendly. Easy to stay with our dog. The bar was awesome as was the outdoor lounge area where they often host live music. Swanky vibes. It looks like they might be putting in a pool or preparing to do so—but don’t quote me. With a pool, this place would be an 11/10.

Bathroom was odd with the concrete post and the shower water splashed out a ton without a shower door

Such a cute property! They did a wonderful job renovating this place into what it is today. Restaurant/food was delicious as well. Staff was so helpful and fun!

We arrived early and they worked harc to go ahead and place us in a room. The hotel is amazing!! Newly restored from the 1950’s. It is charming. The lobby is amazing. The coffee is also amazing. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. I felt like I had stepped into a movie. Everything was clean and so well thought out!! We will be back!

Would not recommend this hotel. You have to pay for parking. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Room floors were filthy. I will not be visiting this hotel again
