Staff not top notch and bed was incredibly uncomfortable

they trying and impress you with amenities, however it can't make up for the busted rooms, ding towels, worn sheets. zero water pressure the shower is basically useless. the majority of the hotel smells like sewer. the elevators smell so bad i gag. the lack of convenient restrooms is weird and the fact you have to take an elevator to use the restrooms from the restaurants and pool is silly. I thought this would be fun splurge for my daughter,It was a mistake as i know there much nicer hotels for way less in Denver. avoid room 702.

Halcyon is always best place to stay.

Love the location of this hotel. Lots of boutiques and furniture stores and great restaurants. Loved the muffins in the morning. I am not a muffin eater, but the carrot muffins were the best. We had breakfast the last day at Local Jones and I will say that was the best I've had in a long time. Ordered the Eggs Benedict and Avocado toast. Excellent. They also, give you tokens for happy hour. Very nice bonus.

Such a nice stay in this beautifully done hotel. The staff was so helpful. Restaurant so pleasant with very good food. As a single woman I felt so comfortable here

Amazing stay

Nice clean and comfortable

Room is fine if you get one away from the garbage alley. Bathroom is fine. Self service water in the hallway is good. Have stayed repeated times and still treated like a nobody. Know about the terrible garbage pickup noise in the alley and specifically asked for a room away from the alley. Told to wait upstairs and would let me know when the room was ready. Waited an hour for someone to contact us then came down and told room was ready. No notification, no apology, no courtesy.

Our first time at halcyon, and we loved it! From Danika to the rest of the staff- great job! Thanks for looking out for us....we'll be back‼️

Disappointing

We had a bundle of brown hair stuck to the shower wall, I don't think the shower was cleaned after the previous guests.

Charged $35 for the FREE amenities

Nothing The blood stained sheets and then them trying to keep my money after i checked ou of not being there even a full day and want to try to keep my money so i will be looking towards legal action if they cant fix it because this was handled 100% wrong and Im disgusted with this hotel and definitely will also be making it known.

Cherry Creek gem. Location is remarkable, rooms are gorgeous, rooftop pool and tub hit the spot. Highly recommend.

Excellent

Nice rooftop pool with great staff. The rooms were fine, nothing too special. The hotel staff / reception were not very hospitable and everyday we had to ask for the room to be cleaned.
