Hotel Clio, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Denver Cherry Creek

An almost perfect experience.

Excellent location. Very walkable. Great shopping and restaurants nearby. Soaking tubs and nice amenities

Our stay at Hotel Clio in Denver was very enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant met our expectations for breakfast, offering a pleasant atmosphere and easy access. Overall, it contributed to a comfortable and satisfying experience. One downside of our stay was that the housekeeping service came very late one day, even after we had already raised the issue at the front desk. Another frustration was that the hotel never replied to any of my emails — and there were many — regarding whether they could receive Amazon packages on our behalf. And to top it off, the hotel has introduced a daily fee (in our case, USD 36 plus taxes) for services that should already be included in the room rate, or for amenities we did not use.

Major construction going on significant impact on accessing hotel by car. Expensive parking. Not sure what makes this a luxury hotel. Took 8 hours to get a bathroom sink faucet repaired.

What a lovely hotel with excellent customer service in an area good to explore by foot.

I liked that they had water and fruits on each floor I tried the restaurant for happy hour sppetizers Area very nice. The valet was excellent Check in was smooth Will definitely return

There was a QR code reservation system, but we were unable to use it, possibly due to weak Wi-Fi or issues with international mobile connectivity. I also noticed some hair and dust in the corner of the sink area, and the hairdryer’s air intake appeared to be slightly clogged with dust, which was a bit concerning. Other than these points, the room was clean and comfortable.

The restaurant and the bed one suggestion for those people like me that need distilled water for my CPAP machine. You can make a ton of money selling distilled water.
