Just ok very very small room

We had a great 2 night stay. The location is excellent. Cherry Creek is one of the best places to stay in the Denver area. It is a very nice urban neighborhood where you can walk to all of the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and shopping in the area. Moxy is also a block away from Whole Foods. The one downside is parking. We got a spot right next to the hotel, but we got a parking ticket even though we thought we paid for it on the app.

Clean Rooms were very small.

Simple, practical room, easy parking, friendly and helpful staff. No in-room safe or fridge. Noisy in the morning with local traffic.

Front desk staff and bartender were great on 8/9/2026. I will be staying at Moxie properties if they are all like this. Well done!

Moxy is a funky place - has a real vibe of it's own. We selected is based on price. Only queen size beds. Bare bone furnishing. It suited our needs for a quick weekend visit to Denver.

The room itself is extremely small as others have mentioned. That in itself is not a huge problem if you don’t plan to spend much time in your room. The more unusual part was the bathroom. There is a sliding door that doesn’t really close properly and a frosted window which sheds light into the small sleeping space. This isn’t too bad if you’re traveling alone. If you are sharing your room with someone else, privacy is nonexistent. Also if you turn on the light in the bathroom in the middle of the night, the whole room lights up. I did not book this room. It’s been 3 days since I have heard anything. Hotel staff would not cancel without charging me a cancellation fee. Notified the hotel the day it posted to my account. My account was hacked through Expedia and neither company would properly cancel and refund the charges.

Great room, love the hotel and the staff but the 45db HVAC motor all night long made it hard to sleep.

I enjoyed the Moxy for a week stay, the only thing I missed was a pool!

The location was perfect. Shopping was a bonus and it was close to my remote staff so that our training was successful. I do not have any complaints.

While trying to be cool and fresh approach to hoteling, we found it a little too awkward. Great location though, parking garage across the street was convenient. Will explore other options in the area next time. Who knows, maybe this ends up being a favorite?

My fiancé and I were so excited to stay at Moxy to celebrate our engagement in Denver. Upon arriving at the hotel, we stood in line for about 20 minutes before anyone helped us at the check in desk. It seemed as though every party checking in ahead of us was facing an issue due to the hotels system. We remained patient and tried not to let this negatively impact our experience. When we got to our room, we realized it was not the room we had booked which included double windows and a mountain view. We returned to the lobby to have our room switched. After being sent up to two rooms and spending 45 minutes checking in, the front desk apologized and told us they had oversold our room. The employee offered us an “upgrade” which would include somewhat of a view, but had two double beds (which actually seemed like a downgrade from our original selection considering it had one less window and no queen bed). We declined the offer to stay in the room with double beds and were offered a queen size room with no view. This check in process took an hour from when we arrived. When we finally got our room, we missed our dinner reservation for the first night. When we asked the hotel what compensation could be given for their mistake and our time, we were offered a reimbursement for the difference (which was the bare minimum expected considering we did not have the room we paid for) and a coupon for breakfast. Overall disappointing experience. Definitely not typical Marriott standard.
