Moxy Denver Cherry Creek

I enjoyed the Moxy for a week stay, the only thing I missed was a pool!

The location was perfect. Shopping was a bonus and it was close to my remote staff so that our training was successful. I do not have any complaints.

While trying to be cool and fresh approach to hoteling, we found it a little too awkward. Great location though, parking garage across the street was convenient. Will explore other options in the area next time. Who knows, maybe this ends up being a favorite?

Was ok. Rooms very small with no desk. You can take a small table of a hook and set up. Gym not great.

My fiancé and I were so excited to stay at Moxy to celebrate our engagement in Denver. Upon arriving at the hotel, we stood in line for about 20 minutes before anyone helped us at the check in desk. It seemed as though every party checking in ahead of us was facing an issue due to the hotels system. We remained patient and tried not to let this negatively impact our experience. When we got to our room, we realized it was not the room we had booked which included double windows and a mountain view. We returned to the lobby to have our room switched. After being sent up to two rooms and spending 45 minutes checking in, the front desk apologized and told us they had oversold our room. The employee offered us an “upgrade” which would include somewhat of a view, but had two double beds (which actually seemed like a downgrade from our original selection considering it had one less window and no queen bed). We declined the offer to stay in the room with double beds and were offered a queen size room with no view. This check in process took an hour from when we arrived. When we finally got our room, we missed our dinner reservation for the first night. When we asked the hotel what compensation could be given for their mistake and our time, we were offered a reimbursement for the difference (which was the bare minimum expected considering we did not have the room we paid for) and a coupon for breakfast. Overall disappointing experience. Definitely not typical Marriott standard.

Absolutely LOVED this hotel! Have traveled a lot for work & this is a great setup. Love that there’s a full menu (breakfast included!) until 10pm. We ended up eating at the bar 3/4 nights — so convenient. The staff were incredibly friendly. If you prefer not to use valet, you can easily park in garage next door for $18/day. Great walking distance to restaurants, Whole Foods, & the mall. No fridge or microwave in room. Fantastic experience!

We did not have housekeeping for the duration of the trip.

Tiny room with no furniture, closets or space. The staff wasn’t helpful or friendly. Very overpriced for what it was.

Great cocktail bar. Price good for area and location is awesome. Our second stay and will stay there again

When i got into bed, it quickly became apparent the sheets were not changed. The bottom sheet under the blanket was stuffed down by the foot of the bed. No housekeeping on site at 10pm so after several calls and visits from the houseman, i finally got a complete set of sheets and pillowcases to change it myself.

Location was safe and close to where I needed to work (walking distance, even). Breakfast was good. My flight arrived early in the day and I was able to check in early, that was great!
