Booked hotel for the amenities only (pool) for daughter 17th birthday. Nowhere did it mention that on Saturdays it closes at 6 to 21 and older.. as well as nowhere on the website does it mention that it’s guest only until noon and then it’s opened the public. It was also brought to my attention that several other guest have expressed same issue. Would not have stayed here if I would’ve known very disappointed.

The hotel itself is beautiful. Everything was extremely clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed, with such an elevated and aesthetic atmosphere. The location in Cherry Creek is also perfect and makes it so easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. What stood out the most was definitely the hospitality. Every interaction with the staff was genuinely pleasant, and they made the entire experience feel effortless and special. I would absolutely stay at The Jacquard again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, upscale, and welcoming hotel in Cherry Creek. One of my favorite hotel experiences in Denver!

Disliked: $30/day destination fee (not optional) that forces you to spend $30 at the hotel each day or you loose it, the $30 could not be used towards approximately $70/night valet parking, admitted mistake by staff in communicating breakdown of final charges (had to challenge the bill), then I got home and got an invoice (folio) for $105 of mini bar and snack charges! I took pics before I checked out, so I had proof that I did not consume ANY mini bar or snack options. I had to challenge that fraudulent charge, which was ultimately returned to me after The Jacquard admitted a housekeeping staff error (and I tipped the housekeeping staff!). I left the General Manager a voicemail and never got a return call. I'm probably not their 1st victim in this regard. They are friendly while you're there, but CHECK YOUR BILL AT CHECKOUT & REVIEW YOUR FINAL FOLIO THAT'S EMAILED TO YOU DAYS LATER. I will return to Denver, but I will not stay at The Jacquard. Too much time and energy was spent challenging their mistakes, miscommunications, and/or fraud.

Nice hotel in upscale area. But the rooms are quite dated, beds are not that comfortable. Water pressure was not good. The restaurant is quite good.
-
Beautiful hotel. The rooftop bar and pool was fantastic. Comfy beds and room
-
There is construction all around the hotel so you can"t sleep in. The pool forces you to rent a cabana bad set up. Rooms small but nice design. Staff services is really good.

We had a great stay at The Jawuaed

Great hotel, great staff!

Love the Jacquard. Staff was incredibly helpful and the hotel is really nice. Newer and very clean. We enjoyed the staff at the rooftop bar on Saturday night and had a great time at Narrative on Friday. Only negative is the construction next door which mucks up the traffic but SO many great stores and restaurants within walking distance that it really wasn’t an issue. We will definitely be back

My only issue is our room had a bad sewer smell coming from the toilet. They changed our room but it was an interior room.. terrible view.. a glaring white roof top and because the room was missing the sheer curtains we could only pull the shade down which completely darkened our room. The chair had a hole on it and there was a long black hair on one of the pillows. This seems very petty but when you pay that price your expectations are high. Overall the rooms are well appointed just a little tired looking. I did complain and the staff was wonderful about making it right. All said and done, I would recommend this hotel.

Too crowded - forget about using the pool and relaxing ! Water was gross with so many people - location is great though - area is safe - people were nice it’s just too crowded for my lifestyle. If you are in your 20s you should be ok with it ! But as a 40 year old professional this hotel is not for me . Service is slow too but I guess that’s how Colorado is ! Slow motion

Great getaway in Cherry Creek. The hotel is near shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

I loved the roof top pool but had no idea you need to reserve and pay for covered areas in advance. Just an fyi

Like everything about the property wasn’t too strict about pool rules and rooftop bar was nice. They was friendly staff cool bartenders and they let me use the cabana when nobody was using it. We stayed till midnight at the pool. Drinks were nice lots of sun it was 97 degrees but when sun went down cool breeze on rooftop dj played nice music more oldies but goodies. Kids went away around 530pm and adult time was great. Ordered food up to pool from restaurant everything worked seamlessly integrated with each other hotel restaurant pool and bar.

Great boutique hotel. Limited amenities, but the staff is wonderful and the rooms are spacious and clean.
