Everything good

The front desk staff was wonderful. I stayed on the first floor adjacent to the parking lot and there was a gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. The next time I visit, and I know there will be, I will request a room on the second or higher floor. Otherwise a brilliant stay.

This place is a roach motel. And in a bad area.

Nothing. Very loud at night. Next to Music venue and loud after venue over. They were letting homeless people sleep in their car on the parking lot for $39 a night. My granddaughter in the morning said “Let’s get out of here. Continental breakfast was a joke.

I liked the room it stayed cool The area of the property had a lot of homeless. Also the construction made it difficult to get to the property. Also there’s a bar literally next door in which you’ll hear music all night long.

It just ok. Parking was good. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was basic. Staff was there. Not much interaction. Overall it was just ok. I think to that the road construction in the area played a huge part of our experience. Even though it was out of the Hotel’s control.

Location was perfect, just a few blocks from Voodoo Donuts!

The rooms were clean and their condition is excellent. There were more than enough towels provided, and the linens were refreshing. There are no microwaves in the room a good size refrigerator was provided. The downside was the continental breakfast, which didn’t provide any meat or eggs or anything hot. And the parking is $15 a night. The staff were great and helpful, providing recommendations or directions.. there’s construction going on next-door so that’s the first thing you hear in the morning. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay there.. located downtown without the downtown expense.

Close to where I needed to go for an appointment. Great a/c. comfortable beds. clean. The staff put me on the first floor which was what I requested. Friendly staff. Reasonable price for location.

Close to Denver Parking is hideous cramped, lots of homeless & crackheads hang out there, and panhandled me then cursed me out for not giving them any money. Felt very unsafe and at the dangerous end of town. The people inside were nice. Getting in is the trick and not being accosted my volatile crackheads. There were sticky floors in the room, I wore socks to keep from catching anything ...

That was the CLEANEST bathroom I've ever seen!!! Also the most hot water, and I mean hot. Hotel should advise people that they will have to pay for parking in Days Inn parking lot and also advise prior to arrival that there is a $100 hold placed on credit card. For people that have extra funds it is really difficult.

Not worth the money……

The staff was friendly enough and the room wasn't that bad. The location is really bad and the breakfast isn't what was expected. Are room floors probably have not been moped in awhile.
-
For the location (colfax and Ogden) it was good, clean, the staff was nice. Parking is a challenge, and there are no “extras”. And the air conditioner was extremely noisy. We were looking for a safe room for the night downtown Denver for a concert, and it did check all those boxes.

Decently clean rooms, beds and towels didnt appear to have stains or such, wood floors help it feel much cleaner. OK parking, paid-parking seems to be a much better option considering the amount of parking in the surrounding area. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and rooms felt safe. One negative was the breakfast, not much to it, don’t look forward to it if you’re staying here. But besides that, very good stay in a good and accessible part of the city!
