Staff were extremely helpful.

It was a wonderful historic house turned into a hotel. Cheryl was just wonderful!

Everything was great! The only issue we ran into was that the WiFi didn't work reliably. This would have been a concern if we needed to get work done, but we didn't. The room was very cool, the staff were kind, and the tavern had very good cocktails.

Steeped in history and in a quiet neighbourhood, this hotel is very different from other places you’ll stay. I’d love to stay here again and explore Denver

The chef Cheryl was excellent and went out of her way to accommodate our early morning travel needs. She was very thoughtful, cheerful and professional. The breakfast was delicious.

The breakfast was wonderful - home cooked meal. Coffee was a little off. They have 3 parking spots. We never had an issue, but it would have been weird to have to use their very few oveflow spaces a few blocks away.

Great stay in Denver. The staff”s attention to detail was exceptional. The king bed was very comfortable and breakfast was cooked to perfection. The onsite bar was a nice place to hang with the neighborhood crowd. Overall an excellent B&B

If you like history and uniqueness, this is the place to stay. The staff was very accommodating in the breakfast was amazing. Would 100% stay again. Had a great time.

I was looking for an interesting place to stay in the Capitol neighborhood and Patterson Inn was definitely that. The inn itself (historic mansion), the room (absolutely charming), staff (owner is very knowledgeable about local things and happy to share) were perfect. The breakfasts were a highlight though. Delicious, gorgeous breakfast custom made to accommodate food allergies set me up for my day. The neighborhood is great, the place is great, maybe give it a try.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Owner is very interactive with guests. Breakfast was wonderful! Lol kking forward to returning soon. Highly recommend! Didn't dislike anything. Just be aware that rooms on the 3rd floor require climbing a flight of steps. You might have to park a block away, but it is free. We had a wonderful stay.

The Patterson Inn is elegant and in a beautiful neighborhood. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious

It was outstanding in every way imaginable! Went for our honeymoon, stayed in the Royale Suite,naclcony accesswith a view over courtyard,amazing. Rich history inside this mansion,gorgeous staircase in the entryway,not to mention the spooky ghosts to greet you when you stumble in from the convenient Tavern 10 FEET from the hotel! Located in awesome Capitol Hill, tons of local food,clothing and dank close by. Cannot wait to go back and see what Chris has in store for the basement!!!! Will be back soon,,

Unfortunately we only were able to stay here one night. The hospitality from the owner was outstanding. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Love supporting local businesses with a vision.
