Great affordable hotel. I love that they offer complimentary breakfast. They had many choices to choose from.

I think they have to hire a better plumber. water leaked from every faucet I used. I had two different rooms. Floorboard in the kitchenette was falling off. Dishwasher not secured in place. Air conditioner failed...but in fairness, Denver has been under a heat dome. Close to 100F every day. Air conditioners were working overtime.

Room was clean. Staff was nice.

I loved that I could reserve a 2 bedroom. They also offer studios and one bedrooms. The staff was super nice and were not stingy with towels. Breakfast was okay. They should have oatmeal made instead of packets. Waffle maker would have been nice as well but they did serve hot eggs. They had bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit, and hot food like sausage and eggs.

The breakfast is great with sausage and eggs along with cereals, fruit, and danish. We will definitely be back when we visit our daughter.

Full size kitchen was very helpful on a long stay, clean for being somewhat out dated. $25 a day for parking is excessive!

Good spot for a stay in Denver.

Convenient, good price. The location was a little sketchy area but he had no issues. The maintenance could use improvements as a towel rack was hastily put up and the previous location was not filled correctly. The bathroom floor had 2 different types of linoleum under the bathroom sink.

The room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar was well stocked. The gentleman who checked us in at midnight was very nice, polite and helpful, as well as the security gentleman at the front door. It was the first time we have stayed at a TownePlace Suites but it will not be the last!

The hotel was located as close to the middle of town as you can be without being too overpriced. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good. Staff was very friendly! The fitness room is small but had what I needed. No pool or hot tub. Surroundings are a little sketchy, though I wouldn't say it's a "bad neighborhood."

The breakfast room attendant was a delight and was very diligent in managing the breakfast room.

Breakfast was good and parking was easy. The room was spacious.

I was surprised that this hotel wasn't nicer, since it's linked to the Mariott brand. It was not well maintained, the WIFI didn't work, and the staff didn't care to help resolve it. Normally that wouldn't be a problem except my son needed to do homework online. The pull out bed's mattress was thin, dirty and incredibly uncomfortable. I wouldn't stay here again, but do want to mention that the included breakfast was better than average.
